I am hoping research such as this will allow doctors to become more precise when targeting treatment for clinical depression because the process of finding the remedy can be long and drawn out. Not to mention the side effects can be unpleasant to say the least.


Washington: Researchers at Florida State University haveused a gene transfer technique to block the expression of a gene associated with clinical depression, in a new study on mice that could lead to better treatment of human beings with this condition.
