Ron Paul's Actions Speak Much Louder than His Words.

The National Defense Authorization Act that President Obama signed into law last week has created quite a stir. People are angry over the content of the law, which supposedly allows the indefinite detention of American.

Ron Paul supporters claimed that Paul opposed the bill. So, why didn’t he attend a House session to cast his vote against it?

10 Reasons Not To Vote For Ron Paul

1. Ron Paul does not value equal rights for minorities. Ron Paul has sponsored legislation that would repeal affirmative action, keep the IRS from investigating private schools who may have used race as a factor in denying entrance, thus losing their tax exempt status, would limit the scope of Brown versus Board of Education, and would deny citizenship for those born in the US if their parents are not citizens. Here are links to these bills: H.R.3863, H.R.5909, H.J.RES.46, and H.J.RES.42.

2. Ron Paul would deny women control of their bodies and reproductive rights.Ron Paul makes it very clear that one of his aims is to repeal Roe v. Wade. He has also co sponsored 4 separate bills to “To provide that human life shall be deemed to exist from conception.” This, of course, goes against current medical and scientific information as well as our existing laws and precedents. Please see these links: H.R.2597 and H.R.392

3. Ron Paul would be disastrous for the working class. He supports abolishing the Federal minimum wage, has twice introduced legislation to repeal OSHA, or the Occupational Safety and Health Act and would deal devastating blows to Social Security including repealing the act that makes it mandatory for employees of nonprofits, to make “coverage completely optional for both present and future workers”, and would “freeze benefit levels”. He has also twice sponsored legislation seeking to repeal the Davis-Bacon Act and the Copeland Act which among other things provide that contractors for the federal government must provide the prevailing wage and prohibits corporate “kick backs.” Here are the related legislative links: H.R.2030, H.R.4604, H.R.736, and H.R.2720

4. Ron Paul’s tax plan is unfair to lower earners and would greatly benefit those with the highest incomes. He has repeatedly submitted amendments to the tax code that would get rid of the estate and gift taxes, tax all earners at 10%, disallow income tax credits to individuals who are not corporations, repeal the elderly tax credit, child care credit, earned income credit, and other common credits for working class citizens. Please see this link for more information: H.R.05484 Summary

5. Ron Paul’s policies would cause irreparable damage to our already strained environment. Among other travesties he supports off shore drilling, building more oil refineries, mining on federal lands, no taxes on the production of fuel, and would stop conservation efforts that could be a “Federal obstacle” to building and maintaining refineries. He has also sought to amend the Clean Air Act, repeal the Soil and Water Conservation Act of 1977, and to amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to “restrict the jurisdiction of the United States over the discharge of dredged or fill material to discharges into waters”. To see for yourself the possible extent of the damage to the environment that would happen under a Paul administration please follow these links: H.R.2504, H.R.7079, H.R.7245, H.R.2415, H.R.393, H.R.4639, H.R.5293, and H.R.6936

6. A Ron Paul administration would continue to proliferate the negative image of the US among other nations. Ron Paul supports withdrawing the US from the UN, when that has not happened he has fought to at least have the US withdrawn from the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization. He has introduced legislation to keep the US from giving any funds to the UN. He also submitted that the US funds should not be used in any UN peacekeeping mission or any UN program at all. He has sponsored a bill calling for us to “terminate all participation by the United States in the United Nations, and to remove all privileges, exemptions, and immunities of the United Nations.”Ron Paul twice supported stopping the destruction of intercontinental ballistic missile silos in the United States. He also would continue with Bush’s plan of ignoring international laws by maintaining an insistence that the International Criminal Court does not apply to the US, despite President Clinton’s signature on the original treaty. The International Criminal Court is used for, among other things, prosecution of war crimes. Please see the following links: H.R.3891, H.AMDT.191, H.AMDT.190, H.R.3769, H.R.1665, H.CON.RES.23, and H.R.1154

7. Ron Paul discriminates on the basis of sexual orientation and would not provide equal rights and protections to glbt citizens. This is an issue that Paul sort of dances around. He has been praised for stating that the federal government should not regulate who a person marries. This has been construed by some to mean that he is somewhat open to the idea of same sex marriage, he is not. Paul was an original co sponsor of the Marriage Protection Act in the House in 2004. Among other things this discriminatory piece of legislation placed a prohibition on the recognition of a same sex marriage across state borders. He said in 2004 that if he was in the Texas legislature he would not allow judges to come up with “new definitions” of marriage. Paul is a very religious conservative and though he is careful with his words his record shows that he is not a supporter of same sex marriage. In 1980 he introduced a particularly bigoted bill entitled “A bill to strengthen the American family and promote the virtues of family life.” or H.R.7955 A direct quote from the legislation “Prohibits the expenditure of Federal funds to any organization which presents male or female homosexuality as an acceptable alternative life style or which suggest that it can be an acceptable life style.” shows that he is unequivocally opposed to lifestyles other than heterosexual.

8. Ron Paul has an unnatural obsession with guns. One of Paul’s loudest gripes is that the second amendment of the constitution is being eroded. In fact, he believes that September 11 would not have happened if that wasn’t true. He advocates for there to be no restrictions on personal ownership of semi-automatic weaponry or large capacity ammunition feeding devices, would repeal the Gun-Free School Zones Act (because we all know our schools are just missing more guns), wants guns to be allowed in our National Parks, and repeal the Gun Control Act of 1968. Now, I’m pretty damn certain that when the Constitution was written our founding fathers never intended for people to be walking around the streets with AK47′s and “large capacity ammunition feeding devices.” (That just sounds scary.) Throughout the years our Constitution has been amended and is indeed a living document needing changes to stay relevant in our society. Paul has no problem changing the Constitution when it fits his needs, such as no longer allowing those born in the US to be citizens if their parents are not. On the gun issue though he is no holds barred. I know he’s from Texas but really, common sense tells us that the amendments he is seeking to repeal have their place. In fact, the gun control act was put into place after the assassinations of John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King Jr., and Robert Kennedy. Please view the following links: H.R.2424, H.R.1897, H.R.1096, H.R.407, H.R.1147, and http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/z?d098:h.r.3892:.

9. Ron Paul would butcher our already sad educational system. The fact is that Ron Paul wants to privatize everything and that includes education. Where we run into problems is that it has been shown (think our current health care system) that this doesn’t work so well in practice. Ron Paul has introduced legislation that would keep the Federal Government “from planning, developing, implementing, or administering any national teacher test or method of certification and from withholding funds from States or local educational agencies that fail to adopt a specific method of teacher certification.” In a separate piece of legislation he seeks to “prohibit the payment of Federal Education assistance in States which require the licensing or certification of private schools or private school teachers.” So basically the federal government can’t regulate teaching credentials and if states opt to require them for private schools they get no aid. That sounds like a marvelous idea teachers with no certification teaching in private schools that are allowed to discriminate on the basis of race. He is certainly moving forward with these proposals!Remember his “bill to strengthen the American family and promote the virtues of family life.” or H.R.7955? Guess what? He basically advocates for segregation in schools once again. It “Forbids any court of the United States from requiring the attendance at a particular school of any student because of race, color, creed, or sex.” Without thinking about this statement it doesn’t sound bad at all. But remember, when desegregating schools that this is done by having children go to different schools, often after a court decision as in Brown Vs. Board of Education. If this were a bill that passed, schools would no longer be compelled to comply and the schools would go back to segregation based on their locations. Ron Paul is really starting to look like a pretty bigoted guy don’t you think?

10. Ron Paul is opposed to the separation of church and state. This reason is probably behind every other thing that I disagree with in regards to Paul’s positions. Ron Paul is among those who believes that there is a war on religion, he stated “Through perverse court decisions and years of cultural indoctrination, the elitist, secular Left has managed to convince many in our nation that religion must be driven from public view.” (( Koyaanisqatsi Blog: Wrong Paul Why I Do Not Want Ron Paul to be My President )) Though he talks a good talk, at times, Ron Paul can’t get away from his far right, conservative views. He would support “alternative views” to evolution taught in public schools (i.e. Intelligent Design.) We’ve already taken a look at his “bill to strengthen the American family and promote the virtues of family life.” or H.R.7955Besides hating the gays he takes a very religious stance on many other things. He is attempting to force his beliefs on the rest of America, exactly what he would do as president.

Ron Paul and the Multi-Trillion Dollar a Year System of Wealth Generation for the Inside Players

We've all heard, "He who controls the gold makes the rules", as well as the famous quote, “Those who don’t remember history are doomed to repeat it.” Yet, most of us do not fully comprehend who owns all the gold, and we're conditioned to believe that the only pertinent history is stored on our Twitter, Facebook, and/or cell phone.

Meanwhile, in our ignorance of history, without any idea who really owns all the gold, war on the middle class; war on our civil liberties; a widening inequality gap; unemployment and underemployment; Washington gridlock, and wars, proxy wars, and secret drone wars continue to escalate, supposedly on our behalf.

What's the answer? Why, Ron Paul, of course.

But, first, before settling on Ron Paul as a savior, who will deliver "We the People", from evil, don't you think it's important to understand not only history, but who really owns the gold, and its implications? Because, one thing for certain, it's not us. Over 80% of the physical gold is owned by the "ruling elite". "We the People" own less than 10%, with independent commercial interests owning the rest.

As I have posted before, here, and here,  according to the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) the Federal Reserve, despite what Ron Paul says, is already audited, and the currency is already backed, at least, in part, by gold, and, in part, by us - our labor.  Moreover, the market price of gold on the London Fixing ranges between $1600 to $1800 per oz; however, the statutory price of gold is $42.22 per fine troy ounce. As of 9/30/11, there were 261,498,900. And most importantly, the  treasury may redeem gold certificates at any time for the statutory price!

Walter Burien, in his article, SO YOU WANT A GOLD BACKED CURRENCY - THE 50-YEAR PLAN IS COMING TO A CLOSE, explains that what we are seeing at this time is the "culmination of a “50 year plan” that began in 1963 - after the assassination of JFK - when we went off the gold and silver standard...that's when the 50-year plan began. At that time, there was an organized effort to "buy all of the gold each and every year. Hundreds of tons per month as they manipulated to keep the price low."

By 1999, their stockpile of gold increased by over 20,000 tons, and continued to do so right up until 2000. By 2001, the stage was set as 9/11 created the sky-is-falling fear, aided by the 2008 financial crisis, needed so that Ron Paul's sound-bite conditioning on the importance of gold-backed currency could really take off.

This promotion by the cartel to make the public believe “it is essential to have a gold backed currency” will continue.  And according to Burien, "international circumstances will be created to bring the fear level to the brink". He goes on to say, in 2013-14, the powers that be will yield to demands for gold backed currency, which will give the cartel the liquidity to unload what they have stockpiled for half a century as the country obtains the physical gold to back the currency at 1000% + profit locked in, leaving the public as the bag-holder.

After the conversion is complete, then the collapse in gold prices begins (2015-16), with the true and real collapse of the dollar now taking place backed by the quickly diminishing value of gold. Hence, the wealth transfer to the cartel, complete.

This should come as no surprise to any of us. The 'Godfather' federal government - or in Burien's words, "wealthiest organized corporate syndicate ever known who out of self interest selectively spoon feeds the population the parameters of how and what to think due to the money involved. They have the best psychologists; market strategists; and create the curve of public opinion that money can buy" - has been making us an offer we can't refuse for quite some time, as one man summed it up so well:.

"...here's my BAD dream as the owner of a small business...(speaking of the Federal Government) they'd like to make me a business offer. Seriously. This is a real offer. In fact, you really can’t turn them down, as you’ll come to understand in a moment…

Here’s the deal. You’re going to start a business or expand the one you’ve got now. It doesn’t really matter what you do or what you’re going to do. I’ll partner with you no matter what business you’re in – as long as it’s legal.

But I can’t give you any capital – you have to come up with that on your own. I won’t give you any labor – that’s definitely up to you. What I will do, however, is demand you follow all sorts of rules about what products and services you can offer, how much (and how often) you pay your employees, and where and when you’re allowed to operate your business. That’s half of your profits.

Now in return for my rules, I’m going to take roughly half of whatever you make in the business each year. Half seems fair, doesn’t it? I think so. Of course, that’s half of your profits.

You’re also going to have to pay me about 12% of whatever you decide to pay your employees because you’ve got to cover my expenses for promulgating all of the rules about who you can employ, when, where, and how. Come on, you’re my partner. It’s only “fair”.

Now…after you’ve put your hard-earned savings at risk to start this business, and after you’ve worked hard at it for a few decades (paying me my 50% or a bit more along the way each year), you might decide you’d like to cash out – to finally live the good life.

Whether or not this is “fair” – some people never can afford to retire – is a different argument. As you partner, I’m happy for you to sell whenever you’d like…because our agreement says, if you sell, you have to pay me an additional 20% of whatever the capitalized value of the business is at that time.

I know…I know… you put up all the original capital. You took all the risks. You put in all of the labor. That’s all true. But I’ve done my part, too. I’ve collected 50% of the profits each year. And I’ve always come up with more rules for you to follow each year. Therefore, I deserve another, final 20% slice of the business. Oh…and one more thing…

Even after you’ve sold the business and paid all of my fees…I’d recommend buying lots of life insurance. You see, even after you’ve been retired for years, when you die, you’ll have to pay be 50% of whatever you estate is worth.

After all, I’ve got lots of partners and not all of them are as successful as you and your family. We don’t think its “fair” for your kids to have such a big advantage. But if you buy enough life insurance, you can finance this expense for your children.

All in all, if you’re a very successful entrepreneur…if you’re one of the rare, lucky, and hard-working people who can create a new company, employ lots of people, and satisfy the public…you’ll end up paying me more than 75% of your income over your life.

Thanks so much.

I’m sure you’ll think my offer is reasonable and happily partner with me…but it doesn’t really matter how you feel about it because if you ever try to stiff me – or cheat me on any of my fees or rules- I’ll break down your door in the middle of the night, threaten you and your family with heavy, automatic weapons, and throw you in jail.

That’s how civil society is supposed to work right? This is America, isn’t it? That’s the offer America gives its entrepreneurs. And the idiots in Washington wonder why there are no new jobs…LOL.....who wants to be in business today?????

FYI...65% of new jobs were created by small businesses.

Ron Paul's Convoluted "Audit the Fed" Scheme.

It can't be stated enough. Ron "Audit the Already Audited Fed" Paul's donning the mantle of an outsider when, in reality, he's been playing dirty politics inside the beltway for over 30 years.  Once again,  presidential candidate, Clint Richardson, who produced The Corporation Nation  - which exposes the hidden wealth and investment totals of the United States, Inc. - proves it again.  In the video below, he asks why HR 1207, the predecessor to Ron Paul's “HR 459, The Audit the Fed Bill to the 112th Congress“ that "garnered broad bi-partisan support with 320 cosponsors in the 111th Congress - enough votes to pass in Congress - was transformed from a free-standing bill into an amendment,  which was attached (but removed in conference) to the Dodd-Frank Financial Reform Bill“.

Not to mention, in the description of another bill that Ron Paul sponsored this year - H.R. 1496: Federal Reserve Transparency Act -  it states the Federal Reserve System is already audited.

“To amend title 31, United States Code, to reform the manner in which the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System is audited by the Comptroller General of the United States and the manner in which such audits are reported, and for other purposes.”

Wake Up! Ron "Let 'em Die" Paul is no Messiah.

Or, rather, Ron 'let him die, unless a church or someone wants to help out' Paul -- in other words, it seems Paul wants to devise a metric that would measure a citizen's worth to society before pulling the plug. Despite this, Ron Paul supporters, abound.  Not only that, these supporters make him out to be a messiah.

Haven't we learned from former President Ronald "transfer the wealth"  Reagan (false messiah #1)?  Not to mention - most recently - President "extend the Bush programs" Obama (false messiah #2)?

Obviously not, because fast forward to 2011 and the promise-to-pay-hero-worshiping public is creating false messiah #3: Ron "let 'em die" Paul.  Hello? Didn't we just go down this path with false messiah #2, less than three years ago?

What is it about pro austerity for the masses,  #3 - who, not only believes poor sick people should die, but flashes freemasonic hand signs, as he makes racist and homophobic remarks that he later denies authorship (keep in mind, Ron Paul wants us to believe that these "Ron Paul" newsletters went out to hundreds of thousands of people for at least seventeen years without his notice), and associates himself with white supremacists - that makes people believe this man has any interest in saving anyone but his kind, wealthy white people?

This racism issue has followed Ron Paul from the beginning.  While "where there's smoke, there's fire" doesn't always ring true, in the age of the Internet, it's very simple to find out for yourself whether that idiom applies, and in Ron Paul's case, it very well might.

The Commander of the American National Socialist Workers Party, Bill White, while, certainly not  a pillar of virtue himself, he does give a little credence to this claim, especially when there are records to back it up. (record of disbursements for Tara Thai restaurant), and he has the habit of associating with extremist groups).

Comrades:

I have kept quiet about the Ron Paul campaign for a while, because I didn’t see any need to say anything that would cause any trouble. However, reading the latest release from his campaign spokesman, I am compelled to tell the truth about Ron Paul’s extensive involvement in white nationalism.

Both Congressman Paul and his aides regularly meet with members of the Stormfront set, American Renaissance, the Institute for Historic Review, and others at the Tara Thai restaurant in Arlington, Virginia, usually on Wednesdays. This is part of a dinner that was originally organized by Pat Buchanan, Sam Francis and Joe Sobran, and has since been mostly taken over by the Council of Conservative Citizens.

I have attended these dinners, seen Paul and his aides there, and been invited to his offices in Washington to discuss policy.

For his spokesman to call white racialism a “small ideology” and claim white activists are “wasting their money” trying to influence Paul is ridiculous. Paul is a white nationalist of the Stormfront type who has always kept his racial views and his views about world Judaism quiet because of his political position.

I don’t know that it is necessarily good for Paul to “expose” this. However, he really is someone with extensive ties to white nationalism and for him to deny that in the belief he will be more respectable by denying it is outrageous — and I hate seeing people in the press who denounce racialism merely because they think it is not fashionable.

Bill White, Commander
American National Socialist Workers Party
Then there his association with Ronald "transfer the wealth"  Reagan.  At one time, he was  a big-time supporter, not to mention his long time association with the John Birch Society, which is essentially, the precursor of Council for National Policy (CNP), a very secret conservative organization with a hell of a lot of power.

Ron Paul and false messiah #1 Ronald Reagan in 1976
Ron Paul and false messiah #1 Ronald Reagan

Ron Paul and false messiah #1 Ronald Reagan
Ron Paul and false messiah #1 Ronald Reagan
Granted, Paul supposedly changed his view on Reagan, calling his budget,"a failure"; however, he had no problem embracing the Reagan legacy and releasing an ad comparing himself to Reagan, in 2007, and using a 40 year old endorsement from Reagan.

Ron Paul masonic handshake
Furthermore, Ron "I miss the closet" Paul hasn't/doesn't (Title V, Section V: “Prohibits the expenditure of Federal funds to any organization which presents male or female homosexuality as an acceptable alternative life style or which suggest that it can be an acceptable life style”) exactly support gay rights.
He was also a co-sponsor of  the Marriage Protection Act which ensures DOMA can't be challenged in federal court...basically a covert way to convey his support for DOMA, even when he publicly states that he's against it. He wants to give one state the right to supersede another state's final authority on a matter that was never carried out in the superseding State to begin with. In other words, he's done a lot to try to empower states to be able to infringe on gay rights.

In 1990, he was quoted as saying in one newsletter that mentioned a reporter from a gay magazine, “who certainly had an axe to grind, and that’s not easy with a limp wrist.”

From the Survival Report, January 1994
“...gays in San Francisco do not obey the dictates of good sense...These men don’t really see a reason to live past their fifties. They are not married, they have no children, and their lives are centered on new sexual partners...they enjoy the attention and pity that comes with being sick.” - Ron Paul

I agree with Ron Paul's "stand" on a few issues, and I'm sure that most Americans can say the same; but you see, that's what makes him so dangerous: his apparent bucking a system that's taking full advantage of the masses.

Unfortunately, the following quote from M. Scott Peck's book, People of the Lie applies to everyone from Rick "let 'em die" Perry to Ron "let 'em die" Paul, and everyone in between. Whether the innocent die as a result of our system of "justice", or lack of health insurance, what's important is that the innocent, die.
Theirs is a brand of narcissism so total that they seem to lack, in whole or in part, the capacity for empathy...Their narcissism makes the evil dangerous not only because it motivates them to scapegoat others but also because it deprives them of the restraint that results from empathy and respect for others.

In addition to the fact that the evil need victims to sacrifice to their narcissism, their narcissism permits them to ignore the humanity of their victims as well...The blindness of the narcissist to others can extend even beyond a lack of empathy; narcissists may not "see" others at all.

There are boundaries to the individual soul. And in our dealings with each other we generally respect these boundaries. It is characteristic of--and prerequisite for--mental health both that our own ego boundaries should be clear and that we should clearly recognize the boundaries of others. We must know where we end and others begin.

Ron Paul and the Federal Reserve Act

Clint Richardson takes a look at the "Ron Paul campaign and makes an honest assessment of Dr. Paul's true disposition, as well as those who call him a "prophet".

Richardson asks, "Why isn't Ron Paul talking about the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR)?" Which is the audit of the Federal Reserve, and  which does expose the true wealth of our nation, exposing the fact that government owns it all by investment.

Ron Paul won't tell you this, but federal government controls the Federal Reserve, not the other way around. The Federal Reserve is a tool which the United States Corporation uses to put us all in debt.

The Federal Reserve Act states that it allows banks to be opened in and invested in foreign countries. The Federal Reserve Act has been amended many times. The Federal Reserve Act is prima facie law, which just means it is presumed law...that it goes on with your consent.

The Fed is the property of the United States. Assets of failed federal reserve banks go to the United States Inc, the corporate structure that rules the 50 states.  Yes, the United States is a corporation.

In other words, as I've always thought, Ron Paul is full of it.

"A gang is a group of men under the command of a leader, bound by a compact of association, in which the plunder is divided according to an agreed convention. If this villainy wins so many recruits from the ranks of the demoralized that it acquires territory, establishes a base, captures cities and subdues peoples, it then openly arrogates to itself the title of kingdom, which is conferred on it in the eyes of the world, not by the renunciation of aggression, but by the attainment of impunity" - Saint Augustine defining government

Is the Federal Reserve Note More Constitutional than the Liberty Dollar?

The Liberty Dollar is a private monetary system created by Bernard von NotHaus which is fully backed by silver coins.

One year ago, after filing an affidavit, the FBI and Secret Service raided the Liberty Dollar office in Evansville, Indiana. The agents confiscated all the gold, silver and platinum in the office, including two tons of Ron Paul Dollars. They also took all records, files and computers and froze the bank accounts.

Why? Because, the U.S. Mint believes the Liberty Dollar violates the Constitution and issued warnings to consumers against using them unsuspectingly. While it's true that our government did away with the gold standard in the early 1970s, it's not as if the Liberty Dollar is masquerading as government currency. It's very clear that the Liberty dollar, although a commodities backed currency, is a separate form of private trade that people freely choose to engage. Since when does the government have the right to decide what someone can and cannot trade with another individual?

In fact, the Constitution declares that the states shall not issue anything but gold or silver as legal tender. It also states in Article 1, Section 8, Clause 5:

“The Congress shall have the power to coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures.”
Well, Congress does not have any power over the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve is the most powerful entity in the world. The Fed is a privately owned cartel, not a branch of our government and not accountable or answerable to anyone. There are no checks and balances and they have never been audited. So, who is violating the U.S. Constitution?

American citizens are free to create their own currency and trade it with someone else. If I have valuable baseball cards and I want to trade these baseball cards for something else of value, I can do it.

There is no doubt that the "Money Trust" saw the Liberty Dollar as legitimate competition. Fast forward one year, today, and one can see why the Liberty Dollar served to circulate the fear of God into their solidly blue blood stream.

Liberty Dollar Class Action
