World War III or Perpetual War?

A few years ago, I spoke to a former database administrator for a defense contractor to the CIA from the 1970s to the late 1990s who had to prepare reports for the Joint Chiefs every morning. He said, over the course of that time, there wasn't a day that went by that we weren't at war with someone, somewhere in the world. And this was before 9/11.

Take the philosophical thought experiment, "If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?" and replace it with, "If one nation makes war upon another, and no one reports on it, did that war really happen?" The modern science of mass manipulation through mainstream mesmerizing media and the distortions, lies and fabrications, incessantly pouring out of this media, has ensured that it hasn't, or if it has, it's not even close to what really occurred.  

“WWIII is a loaded term. It assumes that these mass murders that humanity calls war are isolated events with distinct beginnings and ends. This simplification obscures the multi-generational chain reactions that lead up to that moment when swords are drawn or missiles fly.

Of course, there is another reason that the public is rarely conscious of these chain reactions. The ruling class has learned long ago that the best way to take a nation to war is to trick them into it."

Remember, proxy wars are still wars.

Is ISIS a Tool in a Proxy War? Of Course It Is!

I can't tell you how many times I find myself screaming at the TV/radio, "can't anybody see what these bubbly, manicured, useful idiots are doing here?"  Hello!  The mainstream media is the primary tool of disinformation! It's infotainment, at best. Evil propaganda, at worst. Yet despite the overwhelming evidence of this, people, including most of my friends and family, still believe they're being genuinely informed as they're bombarded by images of brutality deliberately created to induce fear, anger, and aggression against a demonized group. So easily led astray by these pied pipers, when all it would take is a little easily accessible research to discover they're being played for fools. 

How many times has the United States been exposed for coup-making (regime change), and/or covertly funding, supporting and even training both sides in order to keep the wars going and the profits/power/resources rolling in?  Too numerous to mention, so I'll just cite a few:  Iran in 1953;   Iran Contra ; Iraq (funding Saddaam Hussein); Afghanistan (Taliban); Libya.

So, is it any surprise that ISIS, not to mention, al-Qaeda and Boko Haram (Nigeria) is nothing more than a US-NATO  full-scale proxy military force?  I mean, since we, the most powerful nation on earth, started supposedly bombing ISIS, it's been gaining territory and growing stronger!  How in the world do you explain this?  Well, they tell us that they're trying to bomb ISIS but accidentally, of course, they bomb those trying to destroy ISIS.    Really?  No. Bombing ISIS is a pretext to further weaken and destabilize Syria  Obviously, they're targeting civilian neighborhoods and infrastructure.

What is the geopolitical goal here? Well, see Zbigniew Brzezinski's theory of micro states and mini states, for one. He says to break up existing countries, creating war lords, secession, failed states, rump states- the kind that can't stand up to major corporations and banksters, let alone other large and powerful nations.

You see, by herding these death squads, funded and armed by western powers not to mention, the Saudis, who use the most primitive, gruesome and brutal methods of destruction possible, the United States is able to maintain a veneer of civility.

East Versus West: War of the Titans Being Played Out in the Ukraine?

So many questions, so little real answers. Oh sure, if you listen to the mainstream "news" outlets,  "answers" abound, however, dig a little deeper and you will find these explanations nothing more than "talking points," sound bites, and propaganda meant to mislead the public while always supporting the official Washington narrative--or in Russia, the official Moscow narrative.  Anyway, what these American talking heads always leave out is the U.S. role in creating political turmoil in the Ukraine, not to mention, playing down the role of the neo-Nazi militias in overthrowing Yanukovych.

By late 2013, US Assistant Secretary of State for Europe, Victoria Nuland and Sen. John McCain, as well as other neocons, were encouraging western Ukrainian protesters to challenge Ukraine President Viktor Yanukovych over his refusal to sign a deal with Europe that would have included harsh austerity imposed by the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Yanukovych had opted for a more generous $15 billion aid package from Moscow.

Then, in their annual report, the US taxpayer funded National Endowment for Democracy (NED), created by the Reagan administration in the early 1980s reported 65-- destabilization-- projects in Ukraine. In other words, NED is an entirely publicly funded "private" organization created to pursue and execute independent foreign policy under the guise of “promoting democracy.”

The Latest and Biggest Battle Between East and West Converges in the Ukraine:

“There have been many wars — terrible wars — fought on Planet Earth over the past 100 years. However, the greatest war of them all could literally around the corner, unless it is stopped by the people of this planet. The epic confrontation in the Ukraine presents the most dangerous and unprecedented conflict between the world’s superpowers since the breakup of the Soviet Union. Truly, this clash between East and West represents an economic, political and religious battleground that will dwarf every other war save WWI and WWII. If the conflict in the Ukraine is not resolved peacefully, it has the potential of evolving into a full blown World War III scenario.

That may sound like hyperbole until you read what is truly at stake for both sides of this War of the Titans. There is a very serious settling of scores going on with this intensifying skirmish that has multiple roots in history. On the one side, the real perpetrators want to get even as they so often do. On the other side, there is the inexorable force of destiny which compels them to assume a courageous stance toward a seemingly intractable situation.

The Ukraine conflict is fundamentally a war between East and West, between radically different cultures, different races, different religious orientations, and between very different people. Because of the profound lack of understanding on the part of the West, as well as the desperate agenda which they are fully committed to, it appears that this war will play out in some fashion no matter what. That doesn’t mean the world will once again be drenched in a hail of bullets and bombs. The post-modern battlefield often migrates into the economic sectors and financial realms, as this one has with the imposition of the Anglo-American sanction regime.

Because of the inherent combustibility driven by numerous historical animosities and cultural hatreds, financial necessities and economic pressures, there is just no telling how this ongoing saga will end up. While there are several weighty co-factors at work, there are also numerous variables which can short-circuit the extremely precarious current trajectory toward full scale war. Were that to happen, this world will be saved from untold trial and tribulation. If on the other hand war does break out, things will change very quickly depending on where one is domiciled on the planet.

Here are some of the primary financial and economic co-factors which have been exerting unparalleled pressures on both the West and the East:

• The Western banking system is broke, busted and disgusted. The banks are living on borrowed time and want more borrowed time before they literally go bust. The ever-increasing number of suicides of high-level bankers stands as testimony as to how disgusted either the bankers are, their bosses are, and/or both are. Because there are now so many banks that have been identified as TBTF (Too BIG To Fail), the amount of necessary support from the Federal Reserve is now untenable. This single dynamic has compelled the Western powers to steal money, precious metals, real estate, and whole national economies (read: the Ukraine) wherever they can.

• The fractional reserve banking system and fiat monopoly money it creates has always had an end date built into the fatally flawed model, which no one ever talks about because it’s simply to scary to consider. With each passing day, the entire civilization gets closer to that termination date. Those who sit at the peak of the Global Economic and Financial Control Matrix (GE&FCM) know the realities which they are personally facing. They also are grimly aware of the ultimate outcomes for the world-at-large. Hence, they do WHATEVER they can to forestall the date of doom.

• Because globalization has inextricably interconnected the financial and economic sectors throughout the community of nations, each and every market is deeply affected by the other markets. Just as the real estate collapse of 2007 and stock market collapse of 2008 demonstrated, the next bubbles that burst will have calamitous effects on all markets. To the extent that any is leveraged by another, will a domino effect be initiated. The most vulnerable markets at this point are derivatives, equities, bonds, commodities (especially precious metals like gold, silver and platinum), currencies and of course real estate.

• The ongoing technospheric breakdown, which is now accelerating due to Global Climate Change, will only add more fuel to this fire. At the end of the day, digital manipulations will only go so far in hiding gold that must be delivered to its rightful owners. Likewise, just as Superstorm Sandy shut down Wall Street, there are many other weaknesses and glitches which can be exploited by both Mother Nature and cyber-hackers alike. The ever-increasing lack of control by the GE&FCM exposes them and the rest of the world to more and more of these risky and perilous unknowns. The rapid advancement of technology is not only fundamentally altering the ‘game’ with each passing year, the obsolete technology and its IT infrastructure must be dealt with in a decisive and meaningful way.

The Ukraine is being staged as The Greatest Show On Earth

What the preceding bullets point to is a highly stressed world which has been experiencing a second Great Depression since 2008. Because there are no simple solutions, and LOTS of unavoidable adversity for many, those who control the GEFCMatrix have no other choice but to create various global dramas in order to distract and divert. It is their hope that these captivating and cataclysmic events will unfold for the rest of their lifetimes so that they will not have to deal with the eventual collapse of civil society.

This is just one reason why the current Ukrainian conflict was purposefully engineered in the financial capitals of the West. The decision-makers actually feel they have no alternative but to manufacture a world war 3 type scenario, much like WWI and WWII were fabricated in the very same capitals. What is at stake this time around, however, is far, FAR greater. The number of stakeholders is also much larger, as are the number and size of nations involved, both directly and indirectly. Simply put, everyone who sits around the Monopoly Board of Planet Earth has a HUGE stake in the ultimate outcome of the collision course in the Ukraine.

Herein lies the crux of the matter: The profusion of propaganda being disseminated by the MSM is so intense and thick that it reveals a profound desperation on the side of the West. Their many actions (and inactions) since the Ukraine first jumped off betray a push to war that exceeds all of their other illegal and engineered wars since 9/11. The big difference this time is that they are bumping up against a fierce and furious bear known as Russia.

Vladimir Putin embodies the will and resolve of Russia; he also represents the East, as well as an overwhelming worldwide consensus.

In Vladimir Putin, the West is confronting a polished warrior who will not be intimidated or threatened, deceived or bamboozled, bulldozed or railroaded … as the Anglo-American Axis (AAA) does everywhere else on the Planet Earth. Because the integrity of Ukrainian sovereignty (or lack thereof) directly affects the security and stability of Russia, there is simply no wiggle room in this evolving confrontation — NONE! When push comes to shove, Putin will be forced to respond with measures that protect Russia and safeguard her people first, second and third.

Surely, Obama, Kerry, Biden, Nuland et al. understand the extremely serious position in which they are putting Putin and the Russian Parliament. It is important to understand that both bodies of the Russian Parliament are completely behind Putin in this matter, without an iota of dissent. It is even more important to be cognizant of the fact that the BRICS Economic Union stands squarely behind Russia, as do perhaps 93 other nations which voted with Russia or abstained from the most recent UN resolution after the annexation of Crimea. Russia considered that critical vote of confidence to be a successful retroactive mandate, which the US then went on to attack as being coerced, even though it was actually Washington who threatened the dissenting nations.

That crucial UN vote alone reveals the massive and unprecedented support that Russia now enjoys among its peers with the UN General Assembly. The NATO powers, as well as the rest of the European Union, were quite surprised by the broad rejection of the coup d’état which the Anglo-American Axis (AAA) executed in Kiev. Each of those dissenting nations knows that they can be the next target of the AAA and their proxies, should they reside on the wrong piece of real estate in this unfolding geopolitical chess game.

The NATO nations have shown — repeatedly and dramatically — that they will attack anyone, anywhere, anytime they want to. The world now knows that NATO will act with complete impunity and total disregard for the opinion of the great majority of the nations of the world. This pattern of behavior has become so disconcerting to the community of nations that Russia is now looked to as the best candidate to stand up to the global bully known as the Anglo-Amercan Axis.

This evolving geopolitical chessboard is actually being set up by the real powers that be so that Russia will fulfill its duties in upholding the dharma of world governance. Putin knows that he has the support of the oppressed countries of the world. He also knows that destiny is on his side, Russia’s side, the BRICS side and the oppressed peoples of the world side. Furthermore, Putin knows that three’s a charm, as Russia was on the winning side of both WWI and II.

History provides an important perspective on the looming World War III.

This is where very few comprehend the significance of how the two previous world wars have set up the current geopolitical dynamic in favor of Russia and her allies. Much of the most relevant history can be reduced to two subjects as follows:

1) The Romanovs versus the Rothschilds (and Rockefellers)

2) The Creation of the Modern State of Israel

Both of these matters are intricately intertwined and can only be properly understood by rewriting a volumes of history. Rather than alienate the readership with such accurate revisions, we have taken the liberty of reducing them to a few statements of truth. We leave it up to the reader to corroborate these facts on the internet, as each of them represents major contributing factors to the War of the Titans being played out in the Ukraine.

• Historically, Russia has always gone its own way. For instance, twice in the progress and development of the American experiment known as the United States of America, Russia came to its aid; once during the Revolutionary War, and once during the Civil War. Were it not for the presence of the Russian Navy in both instances, the outcomes of both wars might have been much different. In both cases Rothschild banking interests were heavily invested and affected by the direct intervention of Russia in those two wars of great consequence.

• Russia has been routinely disrespected by the monarchies of Europe as though they are the stepchild of Eurasia. There have always been those who have been tempted to exploit it’s vast size and wealth. Bolshevik Communism was one Western plot which succeeded in doing just that. That chapter known as the USSR was the final gambit in the chess game between the Rothschild family of Europe and the Russian Romanovs. It proved to be a disastrous enterprise which turned Russia into a crucible of pain and suffering. Out of that crucible has emerged a renewed nation, which has learned monumental lessons.

• The establishment of the Modern State of Israel was the primary reason for both World Wars I and II. Difficult though this may be to believe, a close reading of the actual history plainly reveals this purpose. Russian involvement in WWI came begrudgingly and unaware of the plot to use the Balfour Declaration to mobilize Jews towards Israel. What the USSR’s understanding of the hidden purpose behind WWII is unknown. However, no one can deny that the Western powers harbored strong intentions to further encourage migration of Jews to Palestine. Therefore, Russia’s role in this global machination can only be guessed at. Nevertheless, it was the Russian Jews who relocated there in the greatest numbers, which was critical to the establishment of the Modern State of Israel.

• The Ukraine was traditionally a safe haven for Jews throughout the last century … before WWII. While there were sporadic instances of repression, this great nation has served as a melting pot for different religions due to it location at the crossroads of Europe and Asia. Ukrainian tolerance has always been appreciated and enjoyed by many diverse cultures, religions, races and nationalities. It location, size, agricultural prowess, industrial might, etc. have always been coveted by neighbors and superpowers alike.

• The Ukraine suffered its own Holocaust during WWII, which was fantastically downplayed by the West. The New York Times even employed a ‘reporter’ — Walter Duranty[1] – who explained away the genocide of millions of Ukrainians, known as the Holodomor[2], in the most casual and misleading way. Whereas this other holocaust was perpetrated by the USSR, it was actually ordered and carried out not by Russians, but by hidden elements[3] within the Communist leadership for specific reasons.

The upshot of these revelations go way beyond what little has been stated here. However, in light of these crucial historical facts, there are major scores being settled by both sides of this evolving geopolitical chess game traditionally known as the Great Game. Whether this game was played out in the Crimea as it once was, or in Central Asia as we now see in Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan, or on the North American continent, the pursuit on both sides has always been extremely vigorous, explosive, and of great consequence. After all, it is world supremacy vs. national sovereignty which is and has always really been at stake.

As the West backs Russia into the proverbial corner, they are severely limiting Putin’s options to either an epic military contest or highly destructive economic/financial warfare.

Who would have ever thought that a US President … VPOTUS … Secretary of State … and other high-ranking diplomats would engage in such an exercise of treacherous subterfuge, routine betrayal and incessant prevarication in order to foment war and revolution. The White House, it now appears, will fabricate any story that is required to trigger civil wars or start revolutions. There conduct throughout the CIA-engineered coup in Kiev serves as the lowest point of statecraft in US history.

What is particularly shocking about Washington’s behavior is that they appear to be both shameless and without conscience as they execute their subversive implementation plans with their every move on the geopolitical chessboard. In so doing, they have tried Putin’s patience. Truly, the Nobel Peace Prize belongs to him (consider Syria), not Obama. Because of US bellicosity, Putin may be forced to launch a pre-emptive military action inside the eastern Ukraine.

In addition to this, Russia is also able to coordinate a series of financial and economic initiatives against the Ukraine which would, for all practical purposes, not only incapacitate the nation but also bring it to economic ruin … as in bankruptcy. The same strategies concerning Russian natural gas supplies, which utilize conduits throughout the Ukraine, would also make life very uncomfortable throughout Europe … as in turning off the lights or turning off the air conditioning and heat for the foreseeable future.

Should Russia decide to coordinate a more global strategy against the US, they may decide to unify the massive leverage which exists within the BRICS nations when acting in concert. Because many of their financial and economic dealings are now done below the radar, the stratagems that the BRICS employ are not telegraphed via the media. They are undertaken by stealth and with as much secrecy as possible. Each of these nations knows, especially Russia and China, that they are under direct attack by the US, EU and their proxies. India, too, has been under assault by the AAA as they experienced with the second indictment against their New York City based diplomat.

The European Union was created to function as a 2nd Superpower after the USA; then Russia and China and India could be marginalized, or at least more easily controlled, so they thought.

The truth be told, this was the very purpose behind the European Union. Creating the largest economic bloc of nations in the world, with the full force of NATO behind it, was the central organizing principle of the EU. Although there are many others, constructing a new unified military power and economic powerhouse is why the European Union was formed in the first place. The EU now serves as a rather monolithic force in matters of negotiation within the economic and financial realms, as well as in matters of war and other geopolitical conflicts. However, the EU takes orders begrudgingly from Washington as a thoroughly passive-aggressive partner, just as each member nation responds to unwanted dictates from Brussels.

The entire Eurozone has lost a tremendous amount of influence since the 2nd Great Depression that started in 2008. Particularly because the EU has been so dominated by Germany has its intended influence waned outside of its borders. Many of the member nations, especially the PIIGS, no longer march in lockstep with Angela Merkel’s financial Third Reich. Such latent animosities are boiling over and undermining the cohesiveness of an economic union that has but one engine — Germany. The PIIGS have simply dropped their oars.

Furthermore, the EU’s substantial reliance on Russian trade during a prolonged ‘recovery’ has lessened its resolve to join the AAA. The prospect of being involved in yet another world war within a hundred year span is not what Europeans want. Their unrepresentative overlords in the European Parliament in Brussels, however, see war as their only way out, just as they did prior to WWI and WWII. Hence, we once again see their drive to Moscow, as if the hard lessons from the Napoleonic Wars, WWI and WWII were not instructive enough!

Conclusion:

Given the preceding analysis, it is clear that the Ukraine is shaping up to be the “War of the Millennium”. The opposing forces, which have been pitted against each other over many centuries, are as dug in as such disparate powers have ever been. East versus West are now represented by Vladimir Putin and Barack Obama respectively. Putin truly finds himself between the proverbial rock and hard place. He has the will and the courage to confront the GE&FCM cabal wherever and however he needs to, unlike previous Russian leaders.

Obama, on the other hand, has very little will and lacks the necessary spine to do the right thing. Granted, he is operating under enormous pressures, and risks his and his family’s life by not obeying his masters. Therefore, Obama will likely cave to every order that he is given in regard to launching military attacks and economic assaults against Russia. Unless other influential forces intervene post haste in this matter, it will only escalate, so determined are both sides to come out on top.

It is critical to note that “coming out on top” for Putin simply means neutralizing an existential threat to the Russian Motherland. Russia knows that the West is desperate to forestall the ongoing collapse of the Anglo-American brand of predatory capitalism, even if it means starting World War III. On the other side, the GE&FCM cabal is equally committed to victory in the Ukraine. They are also vulnerable to aforementioned existential threats, which in turn threaten the entirety of Western civilization.

Given the realities of a much larger conflict going on in the Ukraine — one where East and West are at loggerheads in the most profound and fundamental ways — there is very little that can be done on the political level or diplomatic fronts … unless the West relents. Russia, in particular, has been tested and put upon for many years by the West, in ways that are as extreme as they are completely unacceptable by any standards. The final breaking point has arrived, and the Ukraine appears to be the real location of Armageddon.

Therefore, whoever is reading this essay — PRAY — for a speedy and successful resolution to this unrivaled “War of the Titans” — ASAP! If ever there was a need for Deus ex Machina, this decisive predicament is it.

House of Death Lawsuit Exposes "War on Drugs"

“Mr. Peyro put his life on the line for the United States of America time after time. He is directly responsible for approximately 50 criminal convictions of upper echelon cartel members, as well as the removal of huge quantities of drugs from the streets of this country….

There is no question that Americans are some of the most naive people on the planet. In fact, even non-Americans are naive when it comes to the subject of the USA. A little naiveté is a good thing because without it no-one would attempt anything, but too much, and you're a sitting duck.

 Perhaps, I'm a bit too naive because I truly believe that most of us do the best we can, given our circumstances, but holding onto the credulous expectation of people doing right, especially of those in power--anywhere in the world, including America--can be very dangerous to one's health. Those in positions of influence have been, according to their own definition, "successful" within the system, so, of course, have an interest in maintaining the status quo at all costs. We give these people decision-making abilities who are growing increasingly remote, as local council power is removed to national government and even to international government.

But when I inform others of what's really going on behind the scenes, of the profit-before-people motivation of our decision/policy-makers, I'm often told that even if what I'm saying is true, there is nothing you or I can do to solve this problem that's plagued mankind for centuries, because the powers that want to continue have all of the wealth and power at their fingertips while the rest of us are just barely getting by. To a point, I agree. However, no-one can convince me that ignorance is bliss as it makes us vulnerable should we be unlucky enough to get caught up in the system. Many veterans can testify to the dangers of ignorance and/or naive and senseless hope based on the unawareness of the fact that all war--including the "war on drugs"--is merely a pursuit to preserve power and wealth, a redistribution schemes to finance the lifestyles of the elites. In other words, blind trust, and/or willful nescience only makes you part of the problem at the very least, and at most, can put you at great risk as you will see from the example below.

Many--unfortunately, not even close to most-- of us are aware of what happens to the enlisted. After putting their lives on the line, for what they're told is our freedom, they suffer grave consequences. If our troops are lucky enough to make it home, they confront another battle: the tangled bureaucratic web of chaos while at the same time, trying to find work in an unstable economy that is very leery of hiring veterans. All of it, to line the already lined pockets of ruling class. Then there are the "veterans" of the equally fraudulent "war on drugs." Not a pretty picture for anyone who gets caught up in it.

Take former ICE informant,  Guillermo Eduardo Ramirez Peyro, employed as a "Mexican federal cop who worked for a top lieutenant (Humberto Santillan Tabares) of the Vicente Carrillo Fuentes drug organization in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, in the early to mid-2000s" who is suing US prosecutors and federal agents as well as several county sheriffs and detention-facility officials (include past and present employees of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the US Marshals Service and various county sheriffs in Texas and Minnesota and some of the most powerful US prosecutors in Texas) for conspiring to silence him in an effort to cover up their role in the "House of Death" murders in Ciudad Juarez Mexico. Yes, this man trusted the U.S. government enough to risk his life several times over, and for his loyalty and effort, was severely punished.  The lawsuit is sealed but Narco News was able to obtain pleadings from the case.

“In affidavits linked here and here,filed in prior litigation related to the House of Death murders, Fielden and former ICE Special Agent in Charge Giovanni Gaudioso, (also named as a defendant in the current case) each contend they did nothing improper in the handling of Ramirez Peyro as an informant and also stress that they had no prior knowledge of any of the murders carried out at the House of Death in Juarez.

Ramirez Peyro oversaw--assuring the house was opened whenever Santillan wanted a murder carried out, as well as being responsible for overseeing the burial of the bodies--the infamous House of Death, the site of multiple gruesome torture/murders. Between August 2003 and January 2004, Peyro "informed his US government handlers about subsequent murders at the House of Death, often in advance of them taking place."

“Both ICE and the US Department of Justice had knowledge of these executions, both through the tapped cell phones and the information provided by [Ramirez Peyro],” the lawsuit alleges. “After each such execution, [Ramirez Peyro] and Raul Benecomo asked for the operation to be terminated and for arrests to be made. However [Ramirez Peyro] was instructed to continue his undercover work.”

In 2004, after the House of Death was exposed, Peyro was put in protective custody. and then placed in an isolation unit at a detention facility in Texas “under the guise of a material witness” for the pending Santillan trial that never took place due to the US Attorney cutting a deal with VCF cell-leader Santillan. But Peyro was not released. Instead, US prosecutors and agents kept him in prison "under threat of deporting his wife and children — who had been given temporary visas to stay in the US and who would have faced certain death at the hands of VCF operatives if sent back to Mexico."

“In May 2005, after Sutton’s plea deal with Santillan was inked, the US government initiated deportation proceedings against Ramirez Peyro — who also faced the prospect of certain torture and murder by VCF assassins upon his return to Mexico.

So for risking his life and helping the U.S. government,  Peyro was severely punished instead of rewarded,  spending six years in prison, mostly in isolation.  Why?  In an effort to cover up the complicity of the government in the House of Death murders.

From Ramirez Peyro’s legal pleadings:

“ … Sutton, Gaudioso, Fielden, Leachman, Durbin [and other defendants] entered into a conspiracy to cover up the fact that they not only knew about the murders [at the House of Death in Juarez], but were listening in on devices provided to [Ramirez Peyro] by Defendants for that purpose, and to cover up the fact that they had instructed [Ramirez Peyro] to continue his work with full knowledge that he had been assigned to maintain the "House of Death" where executions on behalf of the Juarez Cartel [the VCF] were occurring.

…Fielden, Sutton, Gaudioso, Leachman and Durbin decided that if [Ramirez Peyro] was allowed to testify truthfully at the Santillan trial, that they would be implicated in the murders and that ICE … had knowledge, both before and after the fact, that individuals were being executed and buried by the Juarez Cartel at the "House of Death."

… Sutton, Gaudioso, Fielden, Leachman and Durbin hatched a conspiracy to cover up the House of Death murders.

… Sutton, Gaudioso, Fielden, Leachman and Durbin conspired to enter [into] a plea deal with Santillan so his matter did not go to trial.

During the five years after the Santillan plea deal, Ramirez Peyro was kept imprisoned by US officials while facing deportation proceedings. Ultimately, Ramirez Peyro prevailed, and was released from prison in April 2010 after securing a temporary deferral of removal under United Nations Convention Against Torture (CAT) due to the credible threat to his life should he be deported to Mexico.

[Ramirez Peyro] was moved from one county detention facility to another, including Wilson County Jail in Floresville, Texas; Midland County Central Detention Center in Midland, Texas; Washington County Jail in Stillwater, Minnesota; and Sherburne County Jail in Elk River, Minnesota [and ultimately the Buffalo Federal Detention Facility in New York], and each of which he was sequestered in SHUs [Special Housing Units].

[Ramirez Peyro] … at each of the county detention facilities, was held in total isolation from other prisoners, deprived of his family, friends, and the outside world under conditions far more stringent than necessary.

… Said conditions did not affect any legitimate purpose of ensuring his testimony or protecting [Ramirez Peyro] from potential assassins or serve any other legitimate purpose.

… During the period [Ramirez Peyro] was confined in said county facilities, he had no access to a phone, no access to television or newspapers, was deprived of access to soap and other elementary means of sanitation, was housed in a tiny cell sometimes up to 23 hours a day, with a floor contaminated by feces and urine, and his hands and ankles were chained and shackled to his waist any time he was outside his cell.

… Each time that [Ramirez Peyro], who had no charges, criminal or otherwise, filed or pending against him, was transferred from one facility to another, his feet were shackled together, his hands were shackled to his waist, he was accompanied by at least 10 federal agents, was moved in the middle of the night, with lights and sirens on the vehicle he was transported in, and with escort vehicles closing traffic. If he traveled by airplane, it was on a private plane owned by the US government.

U.S. Military, Suicide and the Deceptive Recruiting Process.

Aside from the taxes we pay, the American public is mostly untouched by the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, etc., etc. Why?  Because an all-volunteer military ensures this is the case. But the suicide rate among military veterans is alarming, the highest ever recorded according to the Pentagon, far exceeding death in combat. 

In 2013, an active-duty suicide occurs every hour, which if continues, will far exceed the 350 suicides in 2012, and according to the NY Times, the suicide rate in the military may be under reported.  What's more is that, supposedly, prior to 2012, 52% of the military suicides never even saw combat. Since 2012, the suicide rate is higher amongst deployed troops.   So what's going on here?

A suicide note left by Iraq war veteran Daniel Somers and released to the public by his family may offer some insight.

“The simple truth is this: During my first deployment, I was made to participate in things, the enormity of which is hard to describe. War crimes, crimes against humanity. Though I did not participate willingly, and made what I thought was my best effort to stop these events, there are some things that a person simply can not come back from. I take some pride in that, actually, as to move on in life after being part of such a thing would be the mark of a sociopath in my mind. These things go far beyond what most are even aware of.” -- Daniel Somers

From this soldier's testimony, amongst an ocean of testimony, many of our young men and women are repeatedly being exposed to atrocities--that the 24/7 "official news" machine will never mention--of such magnitude it's almost impossible to recover. Then, after veterans return home, they must deal with the Veterans Administration, a bureaucratic nightmare in and of itself. Up to 70% of all veterans do not get the compensation/treatment promised, or that they are legally entitled. Why? The system is obviously designed to create huge barriers. Even good people who work for the VA find it hard to do their job.

One could say, 'well, it's all volunteer...no one forced them into it.' That's true, except for the deceptive process of military recruiting, not to mention, recruiters targets those--mostly underprivileged--who are not even old enough to drink, and not too long ago, vote. Aside from the lack of life experience, their brains, not even fully developed, have been warped, brainwashed and desensitized through violent movies, video games (Call of Duty, etc.), and a dumbed down education.

Young people are lied to, tricked into defending a false premise. They are told they are fighting for our freedom, told they will be taken care of, told their lives will be better for serving, etc., etc,. However...

they're not told that enlisted men are fair game for just about any kind of experimentation from drugs to vaccines to mind control. (Over the years, hundreds of thousands of military personnel have been involved in human experimentation and other intentional exposures conducted by the Department of Defense (DOD), often without a service member's knowledge or consent. OR, in some cases, soldiers who consented to serve as human subjects found themselves participating in experiments quite different from those described at the time they volunteered.)

they're not told that, if deployed, they will more than likely be chemically poisoned--Depleted Uranium, anyone?-- and that the chances of having deformed children are much higher than the general population.

they're not told that once they return to civilian life, no one will want to hire you. That the Department of Homeland Security will put you on a terrorist list.


they're not told that the U.S. arms both sides of the conflict, and will use their blood and the blood of innocents to fertilize the battlefield in order that warfare continues in perpetuity...that the U.S. has a vested interest in keeping the war machine alive and humming.

they're not told that half of the U.S. "troops" are, in fact, not troops at all, but mercenaries, paid twice as much as they are with accountability to no one.

they are not told that war is a racket...that what they're really fighting for is to profit the elite few, who hide the truth and true motivations for these wars.

Having said that, these wealthy and powerful few would have no power if not for the well-meaning, conditioned and obedient masses. They're not going to change, so......

Whistleblower Bradley Manning Has Zero Chance of Recieving a Fair Trial.

US Army Private Bradley Manning, accused of leaking large numbers of classified documents to WikiLeaks, including the video now entitled, "Collateral Murder" (below) said he wanted to "spark a public debate on the role of US military and foreign policy."  He pleaded guilty to 10 of 22 charges against him, pleading not guilty to the most serious charge of all, aiding the enemy, an enemy that is classified, even to Bradley Manning. A classified enemy?  Don't feel bad, it even stumps legal scholars.

“The "classified enemy" designation attached to one of the three entities that WikiLeaker Bradley Manning is accused of aiding has perplexed and divided professors of military law.
Manning, a 25-year-old former intelligence specialist, has been incarcerated for more than three years in connection with the largest intelligence disclosure in U.S. history. He recently admitted that he leaked hundreds of thousands of diplomatic cables, incident reports from the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, Guantanamo detainee profiles, and, most famously, footage of a Baghdad airstrike.

In a statement he prepared in prison, Manning said that he exposed what he believed to be low-sensitivity files to promote a global dialogue about how the United States conducts war and diplomacy.

Prosecutors accuse him of "aiding the enemy," and three in particular: al-Qaida, al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula and a "classified enemy" referred to by a Bates number, which is a form of legal document identification.

Three professors of military law - Yale Law School's Eugene Fidell, Duke University School of Law's Scott Silliman and Texas Tech University School of Law's Richard Rosen - told Courthouse News they had never heard of a case involving a "classified enemy."

Considering all of the documents were released publicly, that enemy must be us, we, the enemies people.  Right?  Because that charge is for directly handing information to an enemy, not leaking it to the public.

So, what are his chances of recieving a fair trial? Well, President Obama has already said he "broke the law."

"President Barack Obama made stunning accusations about accused Wikileaks whistleblower PFC Bradley Manning, directly asserting that Manning “broke the law.” Apparently the President of the United States of America and a self-described Constitutional scholar does not care that Manning has yet to be tried or convicted for any crime.

April: The Cruelest Month?

T.S.Eliot called April the cruelest month, and indeed, at the end of this April, in particular, it may seem that a twisted sort of reverence is being paid to the tragedies of Aprils elapsed in time.

Bloody April, "officially" refers to April 1917.It's the name given to the British air support operations during the Battle of Arras, during which particularly heavy casualties were suffered by the Royal Flying Corps at the hands of the German Luftstreitkräfte.

Interestingly, on April 1, 1778, Oliver Pollock, a New Orleans businessman, created the "$" symbol, a mark that, no doubt, underlies much of the bloodletting and violence,  not only in April, of course, but throughout history.

Let's take a look at a few of these notable man-made events that took place in the cruelest of months:

April 1, 1933 - Nazi Germany begins persecution of Jews boycotting Jewish businesses
April 1, 1934 - Bonnie and Clyde encountered two young highway patrolmen near Grapevine, Texas. Before the officers could draw their guns, they were shot dead.
April 1, 1945 - U.S. forces invade Okinawa during WWII. The Battle of Okinawa has been called the largest sea-land-air battle in history. It is also the last battle of the Pacific War.

April 2, 1986 - Four U.S. passengers killed by bomb at TWA counter Athens Airport Greece
April 2, 2012 - One Goh shot and killed seven people at Oikos University, a Korean Christian college in Oakland, Calif., where he had previously studied.

April 3, 1975 - The Easter Sunday Mass Murders: James Rupperts plotted and schemed to kill his family in order to collect more than $300,000 in life insurance, savings, investments and real estate.
April 3, 2009 - Naturalized immigrant Jiverly Wong shot and killed 13 people and himself at the American Civic Association immigration center in Binghamton, N.Y. He left a note complaining about harassment from the police and his inability to get a job.

April 26, 1986 - At the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in the Ukraine, an explosion caused a meltdown of the nuclear fuel and spread a radioactive cloud into the atmosphere, eventually covering most of Europe. A 300-square-mile area around the plant was evacuated. Thirty one persons were reported to have died while an additional thousand cases of cancer from radiation were expected. The plant was then encased in a solid concrete tomb to prevent the release of further radiation.

April 27, 1865 - On the Mississippi River, the worst steamship disaster in U.S. history occurred as an explosion aboard the Sultana killed nearly 2,000 passengers, mostly Union solders who had been prisoners of war and were returning home.

April 28, 1996 - The Port Arthur massacre was a killing spree in which 35 people were killed and 23 wounded, mainly at the historic Port Arthur prison colony, a popular tourist site in south-eastern Tasmania, Australia.

New Evidence Confirms US Used Death Squads to Manufacture Civil War in Iraq

Today, almost 2 million Iraqi civilians have been killed, and at least 5 million displaced from their homes as a direct result of the most Orwellian mission ever created: "Operation Iraqi Freedom." Remember, there are indirect deaths caused by the mass exodus of doctors and a devastated infrastructure, as well.

Now, there is clear evidence that, in the aftermath of the illegal invasion of Iraq in 2003, the US government, military and CIA organized death squads of up to 12,000 men for the purpose of torturing and slaughtering Iraqi civilians, night after night, in order to defeat the Iraqi resistance. Believe it or not, Iraq had no history of sectarian clashes.

In Baghdad, up to a hundred bodies a day were dumped on the streets. Often they’ve been tortured with electric drills. Yet those doing the killing have little to do with al Qaeda or Sunni insurgents. The majority of the killings are carried out by US controlled Shia death squads, who have systematically infiltrated and taken over police units and even entire government ministeries. The killers act with impunity and there’s little investigation into their activities.

The Myth of the Surge

“One of the enduring myths of the Iraq War is that George W. Bush’s “surge” of 30,000 US troops into Iraq in 2007, reduced the number of attacks on US troops and effectively defeated the Sunni-led insurgency in Baghdad. This is entirely false. Homeland Security Orders Enough Ammo to Sustain a 20 Year War in the Homeland.

The Department of Homeland Security has issued an open purchase order for 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition, much of it,* hollow point rounds, forbidden by international law for use in war. Moreover, the Department of Homeland Security is taking delivery of an undetermined number of the recently retrofitted 2,717 ‘Mine Resistant Protected’ MaxxPro MRAP vehicles for service on the streets of the United States.

The question is, why would any government purchase billions of rounds of ammo, militarize the police (Many local police departments, even some in very small communities, are being armed to the teeth by federal grants and military hand-me-downs. This includes drones and armored personnel carriers), while tracking every thing a citizen does, etc? Perhaps it's to secure the border between the U.S. and Mexico. Perhaps it's to drive up market price for consumers, and kill supply, back-door gun control, ammo control. Perhaps it's to neutralize domestic resistance if, let's say, the economy collapses entirely.

However, the real reason I'm posting this is not for the information, because the arms build-up by the DHS is basically old news--alternative media reported on this months ago--but because it comes from a so-called legitimate media source: FORBES.

Cornel West Names Obama as 'War Criminal'

Princeton professor Cornel West says President Obama is not only "no messiah," he's a "war criminal." West, the prominent black academic and activist who has consistently been a harsh Obama critic, took issue with the White House's covert drone program, saying that "the chickens are coming home to roost." Appearing on Tavis Smiley's radio program on Thursday, West said: "We’ve been talking about this for a good while, the immorality of drones, dropping bombs on innocent people. It’s been over 200 children so far. These are war crimes.”

Expectations were very high in January 2009 when Barack Obama was inaugurated...too high. Barack Obama was/is not the world's savior. However, at the very least, the expectations were that President Obama would not carry on former President Bush's Constitution shredding and military industrial complex empowering policies. Closing Guantanamo Bay, ending the war in Afghanistan, restoring habeas corpus, reversing the power grab by the executive branch, and putting a halt to the all-encompassing "big brother" surveillance grid were just a few of his campaign promises. Yet, Guantanamo Bay remains open, habeas corpus is not even close to being restored, and the all encompassing "big brother" surveillance grid grows bigger everyday. Add to that, "kill lists", undeclared wars all over the world, an escalated drone program, his unprecedented prosecution of whistle-blowers, more Wall Street bailouts, and it's as if Bush never left office. I mean, just look as some of his cabinet choices, unaccountable/un-vetted/unconfirmed czars (often labeled as policy advisers, thus failing to fall under the Freedom of Information act, not required to testify before Congress), special advisor's, and 'officers' he has chosen to come to the White House to have direct access to him.

Just a few examples:

John Holdren, science czar, a neo-Malthusian who advocates for population control using the most extreme measures, such as mandating the number of children Americans can have. He is also a proponent of 'de-developing' the US, sending its agricultural practices and technology back to the 19th century, and suggested that infants and chronically ill elderly do not fit his definition of 'human,' and therefore can be expendable.

Timothy Geithner, and Larry Summers, both deeply involved in crafting and implementing the policies that led to the 2008 meltdown. This is when I knew we were in trouble the minute Obama appointed his economic team.

Gene Sperling, a Goldman Sachs adviser appointed head of the National Economic Council, replacing Larry Summers who made millions as the economy tanked in 2008. According to the Huffington Post, "[he] has overseen monumental deregulation of the financial sector, but has also collected hefty paychecks from its leading firms."

John Brennan to be CIA director.

"I’ve known John Brennan since 1990. I worked directly for John Brennan twice. I think that he is a terrible choice to lead the CIA. I think that it’s time for the CIA to move beyond the ugliness of the post-September 11th regime, and we need someone who is going to respect the Constitution and to not be bogged down by a legacy of torture." -- John Kiriakou

There is no doubt that the Republicans have been reprehensible from the very beginning of his presidency, but he did start out with a super majority in the Senate, not to mention, it's very clear that on many issues, such as bank bailouts, social spending austerity, war and human rights violations, Obama has been front and center, pushing the hard right agenda, which, of course, the Republicans, who love to criticize Obama, stay silent.

Is he the worst president in recent times? No, but probably the most disappointing because he seemed to embody his message of "Hope and Change." But what has really changed? The rich keep getting richer, the poor keep getting poorer, and the middle class continues to shrink. In other words, keeping the wars and the profits going.

"This White House openly brags about its “Terror Tuesday” meetings in which US special forces and drones have been dispatched to and from dozens of undisclosed countries to kidnap, torture or murder thousands of people, in the case of drone strikes mostly innocents, to the cheers and jokes of cruise missile liberals like Ed Schulz and Bill Maher, who calls Obama the “black ninja president.” The potent symbol of a black face in that high place has normalized the conduct of lawless aggressive war and secretive state murder among parts of the population which had no trouble calling a crime a crime when committed by a white Republican. In that sense, the First Black President is a little bit unlike, but mostly very much like his nefarious predecessors.

It's worth noting that in the debates between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama, kill-at-will drone wars, the militarization of Africa, Wall Street's immunity from prosecution, and the push to privatize and charterize public education were points upon which both candidates were in complete agreement. But if Mitt Romney were president today wouldn't many more of us be in the street about these things? Black apologists, as Davey D notes, try to shut criticism of this president down in the misguided name of black unity, and some white activists stay home because they don't want to be seen as racist whites hating on the black president. -- Bruce A. Big Pharma and the Nazi Roots of the European Union.

Slowly but surely, step by step, over the last six decades, Europe has appeared to be awkwardly stumbling toward a more cohesive union, thee Brussels European Union (EU). I say appeared because the truth is, from the very beginning, dating back to 1938--officially--the path of this union was a carefully planned route to establishing a dictatorship of corporate interests in Europe.

That's right, the people conducting the monstrous medical experiments were only executing the commercial interests of Bayer and Hoecht, who wanted to test their newly patented drugs in Auschwitz and Buchenwald to ready them for the world market. The bottom line here is that the history leading up to the gradual establishment of the EU is much more interesting, and in some ways, much worse, than what's reported in the mainstream media or taught in the schools. Of course, this is true for most of history, but I digress.

Before we get started, please take note of the propaganda terminology, or Nazi Newspeak, that is used in documents, speeches, and articles before, during and after the war. For example, the inscription on the Auschwitz concentration camp that read: "Labor liberates" was this Oil and Drug cartel's Nazi new-speak for extermination through labor.

Okay, back to the Nazi roots of the EU. It was German Scientific Researcher,  Dr. Matthais Rath, former director of the Linus Pauling Institute and now director of the Rath Foundation, who, while investigating problems of human health, discovered approximately 50,000 documents that reveal and prove that the "undemocratic structure of the “Brussels EU” has its roots in the post WWII plans of the IG Farben/Nazi-coalition in a conquered Europe." Moreover, he discovered that patents--in this case, Big Pharma--are used as a tool for obstructing innovation in the area of health and welfare, that the un-patentable--vitamins and other natural substances--are being actively fought against for primarily economic reasons. After all, perpetuating illness is big business.

Here's the dirty little secret that is gradually being exposed through people like Dr. Rath and author of IBM and the Holocaust, amongst several other very well documented books, Edwin Black.  WWII, like WWI was initiated on behalf of the German pharmaceutical/chemical cartel, and other commercial interests. Hitler and the Nazis were merely the ruthless puppets; yes, the corporate interests invested in the Nazis. In fact, unbeknownst to many, after the war, in 1945, 24 men from IG Farben were put on trial for their crimes. The IG Farben cartel became the largest supporter of the Nazi's rise to power, and eventually the rise of the Brussels European Union. The terms 'coalition' and 'marriage' were used during the Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunals to characterize the relationship between the Cartel and the Nazis in preparing and launching WWII.

"The I.G. Farben Trial, the sixth Subsequent Nuremberg Proceeding, was tried by Military Tribunal VI, which had been created by the US Military Government for Germany on August 8, 1947.

An indictment filed on May 3 named 24 defendants, all in the I.G. Farben industrial concern, and listed five counts: the planning, preparation, initiation, and waging of wars of aggression and invasions of other countries; committing war crimes and crimes against humanity through the plunder and spoliation of public and private property in countries and territories that came under German occupation; committing war crimes and crimes against humanity through participating..."

After WW II, in the Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunal, the military and political puppets, the Nazi henchmen, were presented to the world, a few punished for their egregious crimes against humanity, while the engineers of the war, the puppeteers and political experts for the Cartel's conquest plans escaped, receiving at most, a slap on the wrist behind the scenes.

For example, in 1948, the CEO of Bayer, Fritz Ter Meer was sentenced to seven years in prison in the Nuremberg Trials. By 1956, he was not only out of prison, but, once again, chairman of the board at Bayer, the corporate flagship and driving force of the Brussels EU. However, that's only a small part of the story, there is so much more. The European Union was planned well in advance to WW II.  Not to mention,  the overall process began before WW I.

The key architect or founding father (12 founding fathers) of the EU,  known as "the first King of modern Europe" was a man named, Walter Hallstein, a prominent lawyer in Nazi Germany. As a prominent lawyer, he was a member of the delegation, "Working Group of German-Italian Legal Relations," obviously a deceptive cover.  In June 1938, the Hitler regime sent Hallstein to Rome to negotiate with Mussolini's lawyers to lay the dictatorial framework for the EU. His assignment: "to model the 'Brussels EU' after the original plans of the Nazi/IG Farben coalition to rule Europe through a 'Central Cartel Office'."

After the war, Hallstein was interrogated by the Denazification committee of the allies. However, he blatantly denied any association with the Nazis when, in reality, he was associated with the most notorious professional pillar of the Nazi regime  called the Rechtswahrer Organization or the Nazi Association of Law Protectors .

From there he was picked up by the first German chancellor, from the IG Farben cartel, Konrad Adenauer--several chancellors came directly from this cartel--and promoted to first chief negotiator for preparing the Rome treaties, which became the legal foundation of the Brussels EU in 1957. Subsequently, he was promoted by West German government as the first president of the EU commission, and was given a staff of  8,000  to create what we know today as the Brussels EU.

The EU has the exclusive right to initiate legislation. It's an outright dictatorship on behalf of corporate interests masked by the propaganda that praises Europe as the model of peace and prosperity. The ultimate goal is the subjugation of Europe --and later, the entire world--under complete economic, political, and judicial control of the Nazi/IG Farben coalition better known as the "Thousand Year Reich".

Fast forward to today and the global powers have not yet given  up.  Far from it.  While they are forgoing a military attempt to finally institute this global dictatorship, they are, instead, using economic strangulation and political coercion to further their long-term economic and political goals.
