Robin Hood's Evil Twin, Perhaps

George Bush is not breaking any laws by eliminating produce vouchers for poor mothers and children, from the WIC (The Women, Infants and Children) program. He is not doing anything illegal by opposing the reauthorization of SCHIP, (State Child Health Insurance Program) -- the program President Clinton initiated to extend health insurance to families that make to much money to qualify for Medicaid but too little to purchase private health insurance. This program only supplied health insurance for seven million additional children that wouldn't have been covered otherwise.

On the other hand, Robin Hood did break the law when he stole from the rich to give to the poor in an effort to correct the injustice that the feudal system of Robin Hood's time created.
