After the biggest "crash" in 80-years, despite the fact that deliberate fraud, greed, and corruption, on a massive scale, greatly contributed to our new economic reality, it appears that the men who crashed the world will never face the consequences of their criminal actions...with the exception of one man, poster child, Bernie Madoff.

Of course, punishing the financial players responsible for crashing the world is not an easy task when most of the laws governing the actions of these people were all but stripped away over the last few decades.

However, there is good news. The new financial reform law includes big cash incentives for whistle-blowers.
