Is the Zombie Apocalypse Here?

If you haven't heard,  the CDC has a Zombie Preparedness webpage. Now, the CDC denies the existence or possibility of a zombie inducing virus - “[The] CDC does not know of a virus or condition that would reanimate the dead (or one that would present zombie-like symptoms)” - but one has to wonder given their dedicated webpage and the thousands of cannibal news stories of late. A crazed naked man eats someones face off, and growls when he's shot, then some women invites people in to dine on her half eaten baby, another Japanese man serves up his own genitals to five people, and now some guy is throwing his own insides at cops.......

In a May 16th blog entry on the CDC.gov website (http://blogs.cdc.gov/publichealthmatters/2011/05/preparedness-101-zom...), author Ali S. Khan asks the question, "Where do zombies come from and why do they love eating brains so much?" The article then goes on to suppose that "zombies would take over entire countries, roaming city streets eating anything living that got in their way. The proliferation of this idea has led many people to wonder - How do I prepare for a zombie apocalypse?" [...]

CDC would provide technical assistance to cities, states, or international partners dealing with a zombie infestation. This assistance might include consultation, lab testing and analysis, patient management and care, tracking of contacts, and infection control (including isolation and quarantine).

So, what is this LQP-79? Well, it seems that the “Cannibal From Miami” is either a host of  this strange  virus, or he ingested some bath salts. You can't make this stuff up, but if you want a good laugh, read this. As this guy says: "Virus, bacteria, parasite.... Wont matter what it is when there's a pack of crazies trying to eat your face."
