Two Attorneys Spill the Beans on the Underwear Bomber.
Kurt Haskell, an attorney who was a passenger on flight 253, and another local attorney, said they witnessed the underwear bomber, Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab, without a visa and passport whisked past security and onto NW Airlines flight 253, by a well-dressed American (could tell by his accent). Supposedly, Mutallab was escorted on the plane, at the request of "an unnamed US intelligence agency."

Napolitano lied her ass off! She said he had visa, passport... everything he needed to board the flight. EVEN the ticket person and lots of witnesses said he did NOT have even an I.D.
And he's not insisting on defending himself...they won't let him have a lawyer
All of these stupid terrorist reports are set up by none other than Homeland Security in order to scare us into letting them rape us at the airport and who knows where next.
True. It's a little hard to believe that all of these, basically, marginalized people have the motivation, resources and/or what little know-how is required to carry these strange events out. In my opinion, there is no doubt that these people are selected because they can't fight back and tell the truth; hence, the claim that the defendant does not want an attorney.
