Since Time Immemorial: The Hallowed Symbol of the Cross

Throughout the world, people universally regard the Cross as the symbol of Christianity as the symbol recalls the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ and the redeeming benefits of his Passion, death and Resurrection. It is thus a sign both of Christ himself and of the faith of Christians.

However, what is not very well-known is that the reverence shown to the sign of the Cross occurred in all of the ages prior to Christianity, and still is revered in almost every land where that of Calvary is unrecognized and unknown. Yet, throughout modern times, anyway, official "history has been [mostly] silent on this subject" of this universal symbol. The obvious reason for the silence, in my humble opinion, is that this pre-Christian and pagan reverence for the Cross foreshadows the coming of Christ and  testifies to the presence of Him throughout the history of all mankind, as it proves that all human beings are innately predisposed to revere the Cross, and this knowledge might encourage or solidify belief in the very thing that the worldly powers are attempting to eliminate: Jesus Christ.

From an article in the Edinburgh Review, July 1870:

“From the dawn of organized Paganism in the Eastern world, to the final establishment of Christianity in the West, the cross was undoubtedly one of the commonest and most sacred of symbolical monuments; and to a remarkable extent it is so still in almost every land where that of Calvary is unrecognized and unknown. Apart from any distinctions of social or intellectual superiority, of caste, color, nationality, or location in either hemisphere, it appears to have been the aboriginal possession of every people in antiquity—the elastic girdle, so to say, which widely separated heathen communities—the most significant token of universal brotherhood, to which all families of mankind were severally and irresistibly drawn, and by which their common descent was emphatically expressed, or by means of which each and all preserved, amid every vicissitude of fortune, a knowledge of the primeval happiness and dignity of their species. Where authentic history is silent on the subject, the material relics of the past and long since forgotten races are not wanting to confirm and strengthen this supposition. “Diversified forms of the symbol are delineated more or less artistically, according to the progress achieved in civilization at the period, on the ruined walls of temples and palaces, on natural rocks and sepulchral galleries, on the hoariest monoliths and the rudest statuary; on coins, medals, and vases of every description; and in not a few instances, are preserved in the architectural proportions of subterranean as well as superterranean structures of tumuli, as well as fanes. The extraordinary sanctity attaching to the symbol in every age and under every variety of circumstance justified any expenditure incurred in its fabrication or embellishment; hence the most persistent labor, the most consummate ingenuity, were lavished upon it. Populations of essentially different culture, tastes, and pursuits—the highly-civilized and the semi-civilized, the settled and the nomadic—vied with each other in their superstitious adoration of it, and in their efforts to extend the knowledge of its exceptional import and virtue amongst their latest posterities. The marvelous rock-hewn caves of Elephanta and Ellora, and the stately temples of Mathura and Terputty, in the East, may be cited as characteristic examples of one laborious labor of exhibiting it; and the megalithic structures of Callernish and Newgrange, in the West, of another; while a third may be instanced in the great temple of Mitzla, the ‘City of the Moon’, in Ojaaca, Central America, also excavated in the living rock, and manifesting the same stupendous labor and ingenuity as are observable in the cognate caverns of Salsette—of endeavors, we repeat made by peoples as intellectually as geographically distinct, and followers withal of independent and unassociated deities, to magnify and perpetuate some grand primeval symbol…
Of the several varieties of the Cross still in vogue, as national and ecclesiastical emblems, in this and other European states, and distinguished by the familiar appellations of St. George, St. Andrew, the Maltese, the Greek, the Latin, etc. etc., there is not one amongst them, the existence of which may not be traced to the remotest antiquity. They were the common property of the Eastern nations. No revolution or other causality has wrought any perceptible difference in their several forms or delineations; they have passed from one hemisphere to the other intact; have survived dynasties, empires and races; have been borne on the crest of each successive wave of Aryan population in its course toward the West; and having been re-consecrated in later times by their lineal descendants, are still recognized as military and national badges of distinction…

Among the earliest known types is the crux ansata, vulgarly called ‘the key of the Nile’, because of its being found sculptured or otherwise represented so frequently upon Egyptian and Coptic monuments. It has, however, a very much older and more sacred significance than this. It was the symbol of symbols, the mystical Tau, ‘the hidden wisdom,’ not only of the ancient Egyptians but also of the Chaldeans, Phoenicians, Mexicans, Peruvians and of every other ancient people commemorated in history, in either hemisphere, and is formed very similarly to our letter T, with a roundlet, or oval placed immediately above it. Thus, it was figured on the gigantic emerald or glass statue of Serapis, which was transported (293 B.C.) by order of Ptolemy Soter from Sinope on the southern shores of the Black Sea, re-erected within that famous labyrinth which encompassed the banks of Lake Moeris, and destroyed them by the victorious army of Theodosius (A.D. 389) despite the earnest entreaties of the Egyptian priesthood to spare it, because it was the emblem of their god and ‘the life to come….

That each known variety has been derived from a common source and is emblematical of one and the same truth may be inferred from the fact of forms identically the same, whether simple or complex, cropping out in contrary directions, in the Western as well as the Eastern hemisphere.”

Nevertheless, as the recent Zeitgeist film portrays the biblical accounts of Jesus as plagiarizing the story of Horus, Krishna, Mithras, Dionysis and other pagan Gods, without any historical evidence whatsoever as these gods never existed, there are those who interpret the pre-Christian and pagan reverence of the  religious symbol throughout history up until today as proof that the Cross--because it was used and is used by non-believers/non-Christians-- is essentially meaningless despite Jesus' cammoand to "Take up your cross and follow me." Some even go as far as to interpret the cross as a symbol from the devil.

“Satan the devil knew long before Jesus was born that He would die by crucifixion (Numbers 21:4-9; John 3:14; Psalm 22:16). In an attempt to deceive the world and lead people into worshipping a false Christ, the Devil made the cross a popular symbol of worship.

Well, the fact of the matter is that demons hate the Crucifix. There is a reason it is used in exorcisms, and there is a reason, those who worship Satan try to reverse the Catholic mass, defile the Eucharist and mock the Cross. If the Cross was essentially meaningless or powerless, those who hate God wouldn't bother.  Satan's, the great counterfeiter, only power  is his persuasive ability to separate us from God through his genius ability to be whatever you want him to be, until he has hardened your heart to the point of what he believes is no turning back, only he's wrong: as long as you have breath in your body there is turning back thanks to God's great mercy.

Anyway, the Zeitgeist creators, and other Bible skeptics, benefit from the appeal to skeptic fallacy: I doubt therefore I am [superior]. Declaring Myself As A Skeptic Defaults Me Unearned and Unassailable Credibility without me having to lift a finger, or the belief that skeptics are exempt from having to provide authoritative outsider recitation or evidence to support a contended claim or counter-claim, as if skeptics are free of any kind of agenda but to find truth with no burden of proof placed on them.

In reality, no other figure, religious or otherwise, has received even close to the scrutiny that Jesus did and does, not to mention, the New Testament, which has been verified by manuscript evidence to be the most reliable and substantiated document in antiquity.  This alone should be enough to listen to Jesus when He says, "Take up your cross and follow me."

Our Banking System: A History of a Government-Sanctioned Ponzi Scheme

Fractional reserve banking dates back to the seventeenth century, when trade was conducted primarily in gold and silver coins. It predates the existence of governmental monetary authorities and originated when bankers realized that not all depositors demand payment at the same time.

From the Chicago Federal Reserve in a booklet called “Modern Money Mechanics”:

“It started with goldsmiths. As early bankers, they initially provided safekeeping services, making a profit from vault storage fees for gold and coins deposited with them. People would redeem their “deposit receipts” whenever they needed gold or coins to purchase something, and physically take the gold or coins to the seller who, in turn, would deposit them for safekeeping, often with the same banker. Everyone soon found that it was a lot easier simply to use the deposit receipts directly as a means of payment. These receipts, which became known as notes, were acceptable as money since whoever held them could go to the banker and exchange them for metallic money.

“Then, bankers discovered that they could make loans merely by giving their promises to pay, or bank notes, to borrowers. In this way, banks began to create money. More notes could be issued than the gold and coin on hand because only a portion of the notes outstanding would be presented for payment at any one time. Enough metallic money had to be kept on hand, of course, to redeem whatever volume of notes was presented for payment.

“Transaction deposits are the modern counterpart of bank notes. It was a small step from printing notes to making book entries crediting deposits of borrowers, which the borrowers in turn could ‘spend’ by writing checks, thereby ‘printing’ their own money.”

Regarding the mathematical impossibility inherent in a system of bank-created money lent at interest:

“[I]magine the first bank which prints and lends out $100. For its efforts it asks for the borrower to return $110 in one year; that is it asks for 10% interest. Unwittingly, or maybe wittingly, the bank has created a mathematically impossible situation. The only way in which the borrower can return 110 of the bank’s notes is if the bank prints, and lends, $10 more at 10% interest . . . . The result of creating 100 and demanding 110 in return, is that the collective borrowers of a nation are forever chasing a phantom which can never be caught; the mythical $10 that were never created. The debt in fact is unrepayable. Each time $100 is created for the nation, the nation’s overall indebtedness to the system is increased by $110. The documentary In the Shadow of Hermes by Jüri Lina shows how freemasons, international bankers, and communists joined forces in an unholy alliance and through the Bolshevik Revolution of November 1917 established in Russia the most brutal and dehumanizing slave society the world has ever seen.

Russian writer Alexander Solzhenitsyn in 1974 admonished his countrymen:

"Live without lies!" This applies equally to the West. The Truth in our time is in no way self-evident. Most official facts about communism are not true. Solzhenitsyn emphasized: "In our country the lie has become not just a moral category, but a pillar of the state."

The facts have been suppressed both in the East and the West.

The film "In the Shadow of Hermes" is an important documentation of those financial masonic forces that cold-bloodedly worked behind the scenes through communism to profit from the suffering of others.

The director, Jüri Lina, stresses that it is his duty to tell the truth about communism and its grey eminences, and not just superficially treat its psychopathic symptoms, while the truth today is not highly valued.

History is made every day, but by whom? The answer is given in this film, the aim of which is to unmask the truth, despite the falsifications of history, so meekly reported by the media.

The Atocha and the Plundering State

Let’s first define the term, "State." In Webster’s 1828 American Dictionary it is defined in numerous ways. Essentially, it is how a particular group of people deems it when they want it to be applied by statute. In other words, it is impossible to answer the question without knowing how the law makers have defined it. But the true meaning of the word State from its very origin means, "To Stand." Webster’s 1828 Dict. states; "n. L. status, from sto, to stand, to be fixed. State is fixedness or standing." State in one sense means government, while State in another sense mean people for tax purposes. It also says, "Estate; possession. Now obsolete."   In America, the term can be applied to the United States or to the individual States of this Union. It's important to note that in the United States, the state is interchangeable with the term, “Estate”.

There is no better, and more fascinating example of the state’s power to plunder than the journey of one very hard-working man. You may have never heard of him, but after Jimmy Buffet, this man, Mel Fisher--a deep-sea explorer who pioneered the development of Self-Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus (SCUBA)--was Key West’s most celebrated figure.

Why is he so celebrated? He is the man who dedicated his life to finding—and who eventually found—the world’s most magnificent treasure, that of the Nuestra Senora de Atocha, the richest Spanish Galleon ever to have sunk in the western hemisphere, in the Florida Keys in 1622, setting in motion the Spanish Kingdom’s downfall as a world economic power.  The Atocha's manifest listed over 47 tons of registered silver and gold, but estimates of the smuggled emeralds still being found on this ship are expected to exceed even the registered cargo, an estimated $2 billion.

In 1969, 347 years after the Atocha sank, Mel Fisher began his hunt for the holy grail of treasures locked inside the doomed ship at the bottom of the sea. At first Fisher and his crew were searching in the wrong place, the Keys of Metacumbe, currently Florida’s central keys, because that’s the location stated in the first reports—72 original documents—of the disaster. However, until 1969, no one had taken into consideration  the nomenclature at the time the ship sunk. It wasn’t until Dr. Eugene Lyon, Shipwreck Historian, went to Seville Spain, and after pouring through thousands of documents at the Archive of the Indies, he discovered the Spanish word, "metacumbe", referred to all of the Florida Keys, not just the modern day middle islands.  Lyons made another discovery that further narrowed down the precise location of the shipwreck:  the salvage papers from the Atocha’s sister ship, the Santa Margarita, drafted in 1626.

Upon learning this new information, Fisher moved his boats to the new spot and began to search anew. In May, 1971, after several months, 125,000 linear miles, thousands of dollars, and countless hours at sea, Fisher and his divers found a 17th century galleon anchor,  but it wasn’t until 1973 that Fisher started finding precious metals. This is when the state reared its ugly head, and started manufacturing claims and accusations against Fisher, starting an endless legal nightmare.

Despite the state's interference, with the aid of experts and scholars, Fisher and his divers, including his two sons and daughter-in-law, continued the quest. Sadly, in 1975, after finding the bronze cannons of the Atocha, proving to all that what they were finding was indeed, authentic (the state was asserting Fisher's discoveries were planted), Mel Fisher’s son Dirk, and daughter-in-law, Angel, and one other diver, Rick Gage, drowned due to the malfunction of one of the pumps on the tugboat they inhabited. Still, Mel Fisher, despite this tragedy, insisted they go on, and it was ten years to the day of  Dirk’s death that Fisher’s other son, Kane, found the mother lode, July 20, 1985.

Unfortunately, Dirk, Angel, and Rick Gage were not the only casualties. Two others died during their journey bringing the total to five. An eerie coincidence: 260 people died when the Atocha sank, leaving five survivors.

Between 1975 and 1980, Fisher and his divers found numerous artifacts and treasure but no bonanza. Up until this time, Fisher held a contract to share 25% of what he recovered from the Atocha with the State of Florida. But after he found gold, all deals were off. The state—both state and federal—sued Fisher for the entire wealth of the Atocha.

The Supreme Court

Who earned the right to salvage the Atocha?  Fisher fought “the state” all the way up to the Supreme Court, which, in 1982, decided in his favor.  The high court ruled that he alone owned the wreck. But that didn’t stop his legal troubles. The state, both local and federal, continued to pursue him and his treasure.

On July 20, 1985, Fisher and his team finally found the mother lode of the Atocha, 47 tons of solid silver, worth hundreds of millions of dollars that they, all by themselves, brought to the surface using shopping carts and milk crates.. Ten years, to the day, that marked the death of his son, daughter-in-law, and friend.

Six months later, the crew found nearly three pounds of rare Columbian emeralds, but the bulk of the gems are still out there. One beautiful emerald ring (left) was appraised at $114,000, another at $600,000.

"The plunderers have historically organized themselves into States and have tried to make their activities an exception to the universal moral principles by introducing laws that “sanction” plunder and a moral code that “glorifies” it. The plunderers also deceive their victims by means of “la Ruse” (trickery, deception, fraud) and the use of “sophisms” (fallacies) to justify and disguise what they are doing. It is the task of political economists like Bastiat to expose the trickery, fraud, and fallacies used by the plunderers to hide what they do from their “dupes” (the ordinary people) and to eliminate organized plunder from society for good." -- Frédéric Bastiat

Aside from the millions of dollars Mel Fisher spent to find the sunken treasure, he paid an additional $4 million in attorney fees fighting the state. The bottom line is that most people do not possess the wherewithal to endure the brutality of the state in matters such as these. The Mel Fisher story is extraordinarily rare because he actually won.

Genocidal Juggernaut

9/11/2001 is the catalyst for many of the events shaping our world today, so it's very important to fully understand what took place on that fateful day, and even more importantly, the response. Long time researcher and political investigator of the hidden or stolen history of the United States, John Judge (video below) says it's essential that you comprehend that since the end of WWII--and even during WWII--there have been two governments operating simultaneously: one that's visible and one that's not.

He goes on to say that since WWII, the creation of a permanent war economy and the inception of a national security state have carried out and carry out covert and overt operations and wars that have led to the deaths of at least 10 million people, and intervention into the politics of hundreds of countries around the world.

Moreover, the history of the concentration of wealth and technological developments has contributed to the transformation of the industrial age into the information age. The end of WWII marked the end of the colonial period and eventually the neo-colonial period to the period we’re now in, commonly referred to as the neo-liberal model of control. This type of control is much more indirect, through economic manipulations—loans, structural adjustment plans, etc—that let you maintain an illusion of what the powers that be like to call a free market, and/or the democratic state as long as it doesn’t interfere with the economic concentrations or as Buckminster Fuller called it in his last book, GRUNCH Gross Universal Cash Heist.

When you have this type of development in capital economies- an ever growing concentration of wealth and a leap forward in the technological capabilities--labor becomes expendable. Add to that the devaluation of currency and the transformation of a production economy into a service/speculation economy where unregulated derivatives are more than ten times the size of the stock market, basically, an economy of theft, and you get a tremendous pressure for genocide.

What Does the Ancient Library of Alexandria and the WTC Towers Have in Common?.

The founding of the Royal Library of Alexandria has been called the beginning of modern history, as it was not just a library, but a global research center that attracted many of the greatest scholars in the ancient world. It functioned as a major center of thought, culture and activity.

It contained works by the greatest thinkers and writers of antiquity, including Homer, Plato, Socrates and many more; however, the Library of Alexandria, is believed to have been destroyed in a huge fire around 2000 years ago and its voluminous works lost.

Fast forward some 2,000 years later, and attacks on World Trade Center not only destroy the lives of thousands of people, but tens of thousands of records, irreplaceable historical documents and art. Not to mention all that was possibly destroyed when we invaded Iraq, the cradle of civilization.

Moreover, just as mystery surrounds the destruction of the the ancient library, mystery surrounds the destruction of the WTC towers, despite the official fiction story.

Letters written by Helen Keller. Forty-thousand photographic negatives of John F. Kennedy taken by the president's personal cameraman. Sculptures by Alexander Calder and Auguste Rodin. The 1921 agreement that created the agency that built the World Trade Center.

Besides ending nearly 3,000 lives, destroying planes and reducing buildings to tons of rubble and ash, the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks destroyed tens of thousands of records, irreplaceable historical documents and art.

In some cases, the inventories were destroyed along with the records. And the loss of human life at the time overshadowed the search for lost paper. A decade later, agencies and archivists say they're still not completely sure what they lost or found, leaving them without much of a guide to piece together missing history.

Is it like George Orwell once said, "Who controls the past controls the future Who controls the present, controls the past." It it possible that the burning of the Library of Alexandria and the "burning" of the WTC towers are both an attempt to control history?

Are Human Beings Asleep to What's Real?

Cultural and societal expectations...our race, religion, sexual orientation, age, gender, ethnicity, disability, language, socioeconomic status, intelligence, appearance, etc., all combine to create the unconscious bias that filters our reality. These filters mostly exist in our unconscious; therefore making it virtually impossible to employ objectivity. Nevertheless, by “thinking about our thinking” we can take steps to increase our understanding of our external reality, independently of the many perspectives we operate from.

Moreover, individual personality colors the way we perceive and interpret ourselves, others, and the world around us.  Peter O’Hanrahan, in an interviewon Gnostic Media with Jan Irvin, explains an organizing framework for a system of nine different personality types (way of seeing the world and relational style), whose origins date back to ancient times, called the Enneagram.  The first time an enneagram was published in  western culture occured in 1305 when a Franciscan friar who was trying to reach some common truths shared by all three religions used the 9-pointed diagram that is the enneagram to achieve this.

Fast forward to the early 20th century, and George Ivanovich Gurdjieff, a teacher and "seeker of truth" used the enneagram as a central part of his teaching. He believed our personality - the part of ourselves that has adapted to our social envirnment - covers up our inner essesence, and that human beings were asleep to what's real.  Inner development takes place when we  wake up, become self-aware, start thinking for ourselves, and ultimately, come out of our trance. And finally, he believed that in order to fully develop, human beings needed to integrate our three centers of intelligence: mental, emotional and body/instinct.

What Should Be the Servant has Become the Master.

It's no secret that the ruling class does not want an alert and informed citizenry that can read budgets and ask critical questions. In fact, millions, if not billions of dollars are spent to keep the masses completely in the dark regarding our monetary system. Why? Those who "get it" are far more likely to fight for control.

In an overly acquisitive society such as ours, where the drive to amass obscene amounts of wealth trumps any and all regard for human life, it's time to reform our monetary system. Hence, the reason why it's so important to develop an understanding of what money really is. That is, if we, the masses, wish to not only take back our nation, but, moreover, to maintain our humanity.

Here's the thing, there is so much disinformation circulating, it's not easy to discern the truth. Nevertheless, this is some of what I've learned so far.

Economics is not a science, yet economists - in an effort to make economics, more scientific, I guess - removed "normative values" from its study. What are "normative values"? In one word, morality. Well, removing standards of ethics, honesty and morality from its study might be okay if economics followed the scientific method, and wasn't so intertwined with our survival, but it doesn't, and it is.

Unfortunately, too many economists ignore the historical origins of money, as most are trained to support the status quo...something that is clearly not working. As Alexander del Mar once said, "As a rule, economists do not take the time to study the history of money. It's much easier to imagine it and deduce the principles of this imaginary knowledge."

So, what is money? 

John Locke and Ben Franklin defined money as a pledge for wealth instead of wealth itself. However, it is Aristotle's definition: "money exists not by nature, but by law," that made "money" by it's very nature, a fiat of the law.  Now, despite the ranting and raving of the many against our fiat money system, fiat money, in and of itself, is not the problem; rather, it's fractional reserve banking...the private creation of "money" that is the problem here. Why? In a nutshell, it benefits only those who control its usurious issue.  If the money power is privately controlled, it benefits the few...if publicly controlled, it benefits the many.


It was Jeremy Bentham, best known for his advocacy of utilitarianism, and his influence upon modern welfare economics, who we can thank for redefining usury.  In a series of letters written to Adam Smith, he tried to convince Smith to give up his support for interest rate limits. Originally, the concept of usury was much more comprehensive than the mere charge of interest. According to Stephen Zarlenga, usury was the "antisocial misuse of the money mechanism for private gain".  Our entire monetary system is a usurious kleptocracy. 

Part of the "monetary" agenda consists of substituting the idea of credit for the concept of money, so that we, the people will come to think of money and credit as interchangeable, when that not true at all. Credit is only a promise to pay in the future; whereas money pays at the time of exchange. Not to mention, credit evaporates in a crisis; money does not.

What about Ron Paul and his mission to return to the gold standard?

Essentially, he is mis-defining money as a thing...in other words, as wealth. This will not give our society the ability to advance properly, because there will never be enough gold to keep pace with population and commerce growth. As history has shown,  banks will cheat and issue private bank paper that only pretends to be convertable to gold. One can only imagine the problems that would cause in a crisis. 

So back to Aristotle's defintion.  The only problem with  is that his definition is all too brief. Alexander del Mar later expanded on Aristotle with the following defintion of money:

"What is commonly understood as money has always consisted tangibly of the number of pieces of some material marked by public authority named and understood by the laws and customs that its palpable characteristic: mark of authority; essential characteristic: possession of value defined by law, and it's function: the legal power to pay debts and taxes and the mechanical power to fascilitate the exchange of other objects possessing value." -- Alexander Delmar

In other words, setting aside whatever is used to signify it - paper, metal, feathers, etc. - "money  is an abstract social power embodied in law, as an unconditional means of payment." *

Which brings us to Stephen Zarlenga's three elements (The American Monetary and Financial Securities Act) that he maintains must be included in order to create a monetary system that works for the benefit of all:

1. Put the Federal Reserve system into the US treasury so it is within our sytem of checks and balances.
2. Get rid of the fractional reserve Stop the banks from creating our money supply...any of it. If they create even 10%, they're smart enough to get all of it. Billions are being stolen under cover of law, for not only doing nothing, but for damaging and destroying society.
3. Government prints and spends new money into circulation to pay for infrastructure repair, either printed on paper or inserted on an account The key is that it's not debt; it's money.  Moreover, human infrastructure must be included:  health care and  education, as you cannot build the hardware without healthy, intelligent people. .

Maintaining the Myth of Poor Little Israel.

Zionism can take many different forms. One form simply believes in the revival of Hebrew as a spoken language and that Jewish people should live free from prejudice and oppression. In that context, I consider myself a "Zionist". However, another form of Zionism (Israeli hawks) takes a much more intransigent, aggressive, imperialistic stance. It is this form of Zionism to which I refer.

In July, 2010, due to implications over Israel's "adherence to international law," Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu extended the period during which material contained in government archives will remain classified by 20 years.

The government’s decision to classify Israel’s past as top secret prevented the "revelation" that the stereotypical image of Israel as a persecuted nation, surrounded by dangerous Arab countries as a lie. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that Israel's aggressive policies from the very beginning have contributed to the troubles it faces. In other words, Israel’s claim that it acts only in self-defense is laughable; however, dare to criticize Israel, and you will face the accusation of anti-Semite.

Israel is the largest cumulative recipient of U.S. foreign assistance since World War II. From 1976-2004, Israel was the largest annual recipient of U.S. foreign assistance, having since been supplanted by Iraq. Since 1985, the United States has provided nearly $3 billion in grants annually to Israel.

In his article "Who is the Superpower, America or Israel? Bernd Debusmann said:

On February 18, the United States vetoed a U.N. Security Council resolution on Israeli settlements in occupied Palestinian territories. The vote raises a question: Who dominates in the alliance between America and Israel?

Judging from the extent to which one partner defies the will of the other, decade after decade, the world’s only superpower is the weaker partner. When push comes to shove, American presidents tend to bow to Israeli wishes. Barack Obama is no exception, or he would not have instructed his ambassador at the United Nations to vote against a policy he himself stated clearly in the summer of 2009.

“The United States does not accept the legitimacy of continued Israeli settlements. This construction violates previous agreements and undermines efforts to achieve peace. It is time for these settlements to stop,” he said in a much-lauded speech in Cairo.

Compare this with the text of the resolution that drew 14 votes in favor and died with the U.S. veto: “Israeli settlements established in the Palestinian Territory occupied since 1967, including East Jerusalem, are illegal and constitute a major obstacle to the achievement of a just, lasting and comprehensive peace.”

So, while the Israeli occupation of the West Bank, blockade of Gaza, and the  murder of innocent civilians - unarmed fishermen, in this case - continues on, the US continues on arming Israel to the tune of $3 billion per year, perpetuating the myth - through its corporatized mass media and heavily lobbied politicians - of poor little Israel fighting for its life against the big bullies on all sides, when the truth is, the "big" bully is Israel.

The Treasonous Constitution that Transforms Us into Chattel Property.

It's true. Registered American citizens are transformed into "chattel property" (collateral) to float bonds for government loans that add to the national debt thanks to the corporate constitution created in 1871, where our rights were transformed into privileges.

Here's how it works: each birth is issued a certificate which acts as a stock on the futures market as well as creating a "corporate person" bond which is used as collateral toward the national debt.  In other words, the treasury issues a bond on the birth certificate and the bond is sold at a securities exchange and bought by the Federal Reserve Box Series, which then uses it as collateral to issue bank notes. This bond is held in trust for the Feds at the Depository Trust Corporation. We are the guarantee on said bonds. Our labor is then payable at some future date. So, we the chattel citizens, pay the interest on the national debt when we pay income taxes. Yep, that's right. Income tax pays interest on national debt... nothing else!

Well, once upon a time, in the United States of America, prior to the Civil War, this little transformation of the American people did not take place, because each individual was sovereign. That is, every human being was considered a unique soul, created by God, who was, therefore entitled to certain inalienable rights. This is supported by documents created throughout history, such as the Magna Carta,  Universal Declaration of Human Rights, American Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man and various Constitutions, Bills of Rights, and Charters of rights and freedoms of different countries. And instead of a first and a last name typed out in block letters, you had a Christian and Family name.

After the Civil War, in 1868, the United States was in bad shape, financially. The Bank of England saw this as their opportunity to cash in. So, they formed the corporation: THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (again block letters), with its own constitution that declared citizens as employees, and the government as the board of directors.

As I mentioned before, each and every child that is born in a country, which operates under a central bank, is registered and issued a birth certificate which automatically creates a "legal person (persona)" or corporation at the same time. This "legal person" is not you, however, you are led to believe that this "person" is, in fact, you. Why? Because we're all equal; hence, no one has the right to govern you without your consent, so they need evidence that you actually consented to be governed. Your social security # provides all the evidence they need to declare the right to act upon you as a government employee or federal citizen, as they like to call it.

Keep in mind that the term, "registration" comes from the Latin word, "regis", which means to turn over to an authority or to give up ownership for equitable title. Whenever you 'register' something, you hand legal title over to the government. So, essentially, it releases legal title to the government corporation and leaves you with the equitable title - the right to use, not own.  Moreover, for that "right to use", you will pay a 'use' tax.  The act of registration moves a thing from common law to marine law jurisdiction  and relinquishes ownership.   

Nevertheless, your fundamental rights and freedoms still exist under the original Constitution that was so conveniently shoved aside. You've been tricked into believing that you must follow the laws created for the corporate or legal person.  In essence you and your "person" are joined After 140 years, it's easy to see how this deception is buried so far beneath the radar of the average American, that it's undetectable.  We certainly didn't learn about it in school.  You can see why those in power fear the free Internet in the hands of the people. 

Original Constitution: The real thing. The Constitution For The United States of America that governs the geographical location under common law.

Treasonous or Corporate Constitution: THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. This corporate constitution does not benefit the Republic. It serves only to benefit the corporation. It does nothing good for you or me — and it operates outside of the original Constitution.

"Very soon, every American will be required to register their biological property (that's you and your children) in a national system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will affect our security as a charge back for our fiat paper currency.

Every American will be forced to register or suffer being able to work and earn a living. They will be our chattels (property) and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the lawmerchant under the scheme of secured transactions.

Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading (Birth Certificate) to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, secured by their pledges. They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit and they will be none the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two should figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability.

After all, this is the only logical way to fund government, by floating liens and debts to the registrants in the form of benefits and privileges. This will inevitably reap us huge profits beyond our wildest expectations and leave every American a contributor to this fraud, which we will call "Social Insurance."

Without realizing it, every American will unknowingly be our servant, however begrudgingly. The people will become helpless and without any hope for their redemption and we will employ the high office (presidency) of our dummy corporation (USA) to foment this plot against America." -- "Colonel" Edward Mandell House, stated, in a private meeting with Woodrow Wilson

It's all about invisible contracts that you never knew you made, from the birth certificate onwards, that you were never supposed to find out about because  the ones who designed the "game" never told you the rules.

Remember, The Declaration of Independence states the "government is subject to the consent of the governed". Not the other way around.

Twin Archetype: Mythic Union of Opposites

Throughout the history of mythology, twins appear, representing polarity, duality or opposing principles, within what is essentially, a united structure: Good/evil, light/darkness, masculine/feminine, introvert/extrovert, etc. These dualities power the circulatory process so crucial to the eternal cycle of renewal and the cyclic nature of our universe, thus, always a center of spiritual force.

The 'horns' (bull) were a sacred symbol of the Minoan religion. It was this "corner of the Aegean that saw the rise, nearly 4,000 years ago, of the first high civilization of Europe, the prelude to the Homeric age and to the full noonday of classical Greece that was to follow". Like the sacred 'horns', the sacred 'towers', gave an asymmetrical appearance, as they were not actually side by side on the same axis, often portrayed as one appearing taller than the other.

Today, 4,000 years later, the bull is still sacred. He represents virile strength, massive power, stubbornness, and destruction. The ultimate "blessing" of our one true religion, capitalism, is the bull market; the twin towers (horns), emblematic of - amongst the numerous other meanings interwoven into it - our might and trade.

The Melting Pot: Corporations and Exploitable Immigrants

Former President John F. Kennedy argued that “every American who ever lived, with the exception of one group, [Native Americans] was either an immigrant himself or a descendant of immigrants”.
Generation after generation, immigrants have and continue to work the hardest, for the longest hours, for the lowest pay, in jobs that already established Americans do not want. Yet, we are to this day, most inhospitable to our newest arrivals. Anti-immigrant sentiment flourishes as it did at the end of the 19th century.

In 1896, New York City, on the cusp of a new century, was the most highly urbanized and industrialized part of the US. However, despite this fact,  especially on New York's  Lower East Side,  immigrants and low paid factory workers lived in  mostly pre-industrial conditions.

With a population of 3.5 million, and as many as 100,000 people in each precinct, the poorest city dwellers lived in tenements (pictured above)  where at least 5-6 people were crammed into each room.  Most tenements had common spigot outside; their only source of running water. A few more modern buildings provided a filthy sink in the middle of a hallway that was shared by scores of people. Outdoor latrines were still common. Access to air and sunlight was very limited.

On August 4, 1896, a 10-day heat wave scorched these over-crowded buildings converting them into brick ovens, where temperatures reached as high as 120 degrees inside. Nearly 1,500 people died as a result.

At the time, there was no electric refrigeration, so ice became a precious lifesaving commodity during heat waves in the city.  Poor people could not afford the tin and zinc-lined boxes required to store food and ice, therefore, the price of ice could determine life or death.

By 1896, ice magnet, Charles "the Ice King" Morse (left: man pictured in the center), traveled to NYC from Maine where he consolidated three-quarters of the independent ice companies into an ice trust. Long before the summer, word got out, and poor city dwellers were worried he was going to jack up the price of ice, making it a luxury they could not afford, and that's exactly what happened.

Theodore Roosevelt was the only person to intervene on behalf of the overheating poor. He championed the idea of giving away free ice to the poorest people and personally supervised the distribution of ice.   Afterwards, he even toured the back alleys of the worst sections of the Lower East Side to observe how the ice was used.

While it's true that immigration is a very complex issue, not easily solved, there are some things that are very solvable because we know some things such as: Corporations almost always choose profit over life.  Corporations almost always exploit immigrants and the poor. Politicians love to use the issue of immigration as a wedge issue because Americans fear and many times loathe immigrants despite the friendly image as the world's "melting pot".

America Powered by Death?

Van Jones, a globally recognized, award-winning pioneer in human rights and the clean-energy economy explains that our economy is powered by an energy system based on death. Oil is the "ancient blood of our ancestors, underground that we dig out and burn in engines."   Coal is the "broken bones of our ancestors that we drag out of the ground and burn."

He goes on to say,

"It's no wonder when you take death out of the ground and burn it, that the climate scientists are now telling you, now you're going to get death from the skies and that we now have death in our oceans, because you have a society that's addicted to a death-based fuel system. And as a result, we keep pushing our energy workers to drill deeper and deeper holes.[...] Risk your lives. Die in those mines. Blow up those mountains...Go out in the ocean. Risk your life to drill deeper and deeper holes so that we can keep powering America in the same way."

It's your responsibility to tell the people who run this country that America's future is not down those holes. If you want to see the future, look up. Look at the sun. Look at the solar power we can have in our country. Look at the sky. Look at the wind. Imagine the wind turbines that could be created in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio where industrial workers are sitting idol. Look up into the eyes of those workers..."

Jones also explains why an understanding of history is so important to providing much needed perspective that prevents despair and hopelessness.

"This president has done more and achieved more in a shorter period of time than any President prior to him. The problem is that he's done superhuman levels of achievement but the hole is so much bigger than any other President has faced." -- Van Jones

Beneath the surface charm of quaint thatched cottages, beautiful rolling green countryside, and the lilt of Irish voices, lays an anguished and tragic history.

Like Ireland's weather, with its constant changes in light, color and atmosphere, the Irish are a people of baffling inconsistencies. Wit, whimsy, charisma and the easygoing charm of the Irish people often richly blend with an unpredictable, feisty, stubborn independence and deeply felt melancholy, grappling with the paradoxes woven so intrinsically into the fabric of its land and people. It could be that these contradictions of character may be one of the reasons Ireland has produced many of the world's finest writers.

However, at the root of all that characterize the Irish is their strong sense of loyalty and clannish spirit. After all, emerging distinctly Irish, following over 700-years of resisting assimilation by the British, their cohesive tendencies must have served them well in preserving their unequivocal singularity .

Why Are Europeans Growing Taller and Americans Are Not.

A historical view of how the height of people in different countries at different times in history can give us an overall picture of health.

Even though America is still a wealthy country, the growing disparity between rich and poor, and the lack of health care insurance is affecting our population's ability to care for the health of all of it's citizens.

The average height of Americans has not increased for the last few decades, as it has in most other industrialized countries.

Americans used to stand tall as the people with the highest average height in the world. However, since the middle of this century, several Scandinavian countries have moved ahead and now have taller citizens on average than the United States.

America's drop from the top is important for more than just bragging rights, said Richard Steckel, a professor of economics and anthropology at Ohio State University.

Average stature is an important indicator of a country's health care, nutrition and standard of living, said Steckel, who since 1975 has studied the height of people around the world.

"One of the keys to understanding why America is falling behind other countries in terms of stature has to do with access to health care, particularly for children," he said.

"I suspect there are pockets of poverty in the United States where the lack of medical programs and nutritional programs may be factors in poor health, and the reason some people aren't

growing as tall as they might."

In studies by various researchers of men born about 1950, the Norwegians and Dutch are the tallest in the world, with an average height of 178 centimeters(about 5 feet 10 inches), followed by Swedes at 177 centimeters. Americans are next at 175 centimeters (about 5 feet 9 inches).

Preliminary government research suggests that not much has changed recently, according to Steckel. "The average height of Americans has been pretty much stagnant for 25 years," he said.

But American men born in 1850 were tallest in the world, averaging 171 centimeters, compared to 169 centimeters for Norwegians, 168 for Swedes and 164 for the Dutch.

"I think the countries that have surpassed the United States have done well in reaching nearly everyone with complete health and nutrition services," said Steckel. "The success of the Scandinavian countries in health care shows up in many measures, not just height, such as mortality rates and life expectancy."

Immigration to the United States by people with shorter average heights -- such as Asians -- can't explain why other countries have moved ahead in average stature, according to Steckel. "In the past half century, the change in ethnic composition hasn't been enough to make a significant difference in the country's average height."

And while genes play an important role in determining how tall individual people grow, that doesn't negate the results of this international research. "Overall, genetic differences cancel each other out when you compare averages across most populations. So, in general, average height is accurate in assessing a nation's health status," Steckel said.

Steckel said he first began investigating stature as an alternative way to measure the standard of living -- a traditional area of research for economists.

Most economists have used measures of national income, such as Gross National Product, to examine living standards.

Research has shown that average height is significantly associated with a country's per capita income. But studying height has some advantages, Steckel said. For example, researchers have records of average height that go further back in history than do records of national income. Height also tells a slightly different story about the standard of living because it measures consumption of basic necessities, rather than output. Moreover, because growth occurs mostly in childhood, it allows researchers to look at how resources are allocated within families.

"Studying height captures some things about the standard of living that income leaves out," Steckel said. "Economists need to take a multiple approach to studying the standard of living."

Steckel summarized research by himself and others on stature and standard of living in a recent issue of the Journal of Economic Literature.

Backup In the Event of Blackouts and Black Holes.

We've heard it all before...from Nostradamus to Y2k, predictions of doom loom large as we transition into the new millennium. The latest prophecy of doom is said to occur in the year 2012. It's easy to cast this aside as nonsense, however, although it is not the Apocalypse, this warning may go beyond fear mongering.

Scientists have found two large holes in the Earth's magnetosphere, the area around our planet that shields us from severe solar storms which scatter charged particles from the sun, that can disable satellites and disrupt power grids on Earth.

"Although it is invisible, the magnetosphere has an impact on our everyday lives. For example, solar storms agitate the magnetosphere in ways that can induce power surges in the electrical grid that trigger black outs, interfere with radio transmissions and mess up GPS signals. Charged particles in the magnetosphere can also damage the electronics in satellites and affect the temperature and motion of the upper atmosphere." - Charles Chappell, research professor of physics, director of the Dyer Observatory at Vanderbilt University who found this region.

So, if the worst happens, and the geomagnetic storms of 2012 disrupt communications and shut down power grids, considering the exponential growth of paper-reducing technologies, we could face major inconveniences, and perhaps worse.

Moreover, "historians may face a ‘black hole’ of lost information, even without the predicted events of 2012, according to some. In an increasingly paperless world, part of history may vanish if website content is not archived properly. Transforming print into digital data without hard copies may not be such a good idea if a few shots from the sun can wipe it out in seconds.

Granted, if the world caught on fire, our precious paper would be transformed into ash, but then again, so would we.
